According to DC in this morning's papers we will probably have to dip into the loan market again, when are we actually going to get a board prepared to invest in the squad I find it incredible that we didn't have a goalkeeper lined up by the opening of the January transfer window it is the one position on the field that you cant afford to mess about with if we go into Sat's match with what we have got and fail to get a result the blame will lie squarely on the managements shoulders.

In my mind if we haven't signed a decent keeper by this weekend we are signalling our lack of intent to mount a real push for the play offs. It is patently obvious to everybody that we have a serious weakness in that department, I am praying we don't revert to our old ways of trying to find a loan keeper on the cheap. If we do under what circumstances are our new regime going to be prepared to invest in the team?

Not a scooby doo. Never keen on going back to days of old (Logan, Andersen etc...) but equally not keen on a keeper that can't get into Dagenham's side. Mildenhall is clearly finished, yet some just can't accept it. I'd happily stick with Roos and work on building the confidence within the back 5 once again. With Roos in goal that's one hell of a building job.

Loanees are usually players that their parent club don't want (there is a reason for that) I think its time we actually tried to inject a bit of quality into our squad. If we really are a progressive club the January transfer window is an ideal time to show our intent and forget about our past when we seemed content to survive with loan players and free transfers.

The answer is simple sell Matt Taylor for £1 million in January and spend half of it on a quality keeper, watch us rocket up the table. Serious question here trunky, but do you have a ''quality keeper'' in mind? I was hoping our scouts could answer that question.

The mem pa has never been fit for purpose, too quiet, too loud, crackling or unable to decipher what is being said, I was always of the opinion that if we couldn't resolve that issue what chance did we have of getting a new ground. But of course things are looking much more positive on that front now.

You are giving our friends across the river some excellent ammunition for them to take the p--- out of us.

I was watching the Youtube interview when Dribuild won the shirt draw for next season and the chairman seemed to be moving his jaw up and down when the winner was chatting to the interviewer. Has Hamer had an illness of some sort or maybe it's just a nervous tick? It's something I noticed him doing a lot that's all. Its a throwback to his days as a ventriloquist.

I don't think any one of us can see the bigger picture, I have it on very good authority that we had to contest the original verdict because we now have a watertight case against our solicitors for cocking up the contract and that they are now liable to pay out millions in compensation.

The Mem is a dump and an embarrassment I never miss a home match but I am filled with dread every time I go. If we want to progress in any shape or form we must get away from these dier facilities with a more modern stadium and increased capacity.
