Are those double doors leading out to a patio? Hopefully. it would be a great facility for the residents in Hortham Village.

Why oh why are we wasting so much space on the Plant Room?? Absolutely ridiculous.
That space could be used for something else, like a bigger kitchen or lounge.
Okay perhaps scatter a few parlour palms, peace lilies, or rubber plants around to soften the lounge area. But why have we got a Plant Room anyway? Surely the plants should be outside - sort it out Rovers.

Yes JB certainly is referencing the training ground in positive terms along with many others who believe and consider his appearance before a jury and high court judge in Sheffield on June 7th is nothing more than a traffic offence. The Crown Prosecution Service do not bring a case and waste tax payers money unless they believe there is an 86% chance of winning the judgement. So those it appears like Joey who are in denial forgetting his past criminal record need to wake up and realise it might well be Sam Frost in letters to Joey in HMP Wakefield who might be relaying information and progress about the training ground to Joey in positive terms.

Is that right - 86% of cases lead to a guilty verdict at Crown Court? Is that just all cases / just criminal / just civil / just ABH?

Thanks DrF. First and foremost I want justice to be done. If Mr B***** is found innocent, then that's fine by me, and I would assume project B***** will continue. I have absolutely no confidence in the Board or the manager with their ability to sort out "this mess". I am seriously concerned that the Club will implode. If he is found guilty of ABH and sent to prison, will you be happy to back him as manager? Just a 'yes' or 'no' will suffice good doctor.

Talking from experience, all it takes it for one piece of conflicting evidence, to have a case thrown out. There has to be no doubt. If there is this video then it doesn’t bode well. It’s also taken into account that your plea is a right one. If you plead not guilty but there is solid evidence against you, you can expect a longer/harsher sentence. I was found not guilty btw and if interested

The court does not find anyone innocent,it finds them guilty or not guilty. The club has been put in this position by one person and thats the owner,on top of all his other daft decisions he employs a man awaiting trial for an offence that could result in a custodial sentence, this whilst the club are in a relegation battle !

Only a certified lunatic would back a prison inmate to be manager, surely EppingGas? If he's found guilty, he will forfeit his job through gross misconduct, no?
Not a fan of his anyway by the way, just don't like people being found guilty before due process has had a chance.

I think it depends how long a sentence JB gets,if any at all.
Managers take breaks away from their football club for other reasons,so why not a short spell at her majesty pleasure?
Once a person has served their sentence and hopefully undertaken a personal reformation, then they deserve a chance.
The practicalities of a Manager away from his FC are not such a challenge and of course,it is temporary.
