Why are we constantly extending MTs deadline before we want him out,it should now be obvious to everybody he's the wrong man for the job. BRING BACK HOLLOWAY NOW before it's too late. Nobody is extending it. We originally said 10 games at the start of the season. Holloway turned a top seven side into a relegation side in one season (actually basically the same team, apart from the front two). He claimed that he wasn't financially backed when he was actually given money to spend, and spent it on Micky Evans, Scott Jones and Mark Foran.

I’m at that stage now , I just can’t see him turning it around , though who we go for god only knows . To get the right man it would be a refreshing change if we targeted a currently successful manager and paid his club compensation if necessary. Problem with that is: 1. I can't see our owners doshing out any more cash. 2. Why the hell would a successful manager join Bristol Rovers right now? We are, and mostly have been, a basket case of a club.

Very sadly you are quite right.

The other problem we have is that we never go for an appointment with any thought where we might have to compensate another club for their services. It's always a free appointment of someone who has just been sacked and looking to get back in the saddle. If you look at the list of L1 experienced managers currently available they read something like this: www.transfermarkt.co.uk/trainer/verfuegbaretrainer/statistik/0/plus/0/galerie/0?land_id=alle&wettbewerb_id=GB3&seit=alle&punkteschnitt=0+-+3&filtern_nach_punkteschnitt=0%3B3&0=0&3=3&spielklasse=0&plus=0So basically it's Neil Critchley or Lee Johnson...hmmm

Just wish as a club we had a plan both on and off the pitch.

Do you have a list of the employee manager candidates who we were link to in the past but opted to pursue the free option. Did any go onto bigger and better things?

Holloway has unfinished business with our Club, he has the passion and the contacts also he really cares about the fans.

I would plump for Steven Schumacher as a replacement for Taylor.
Last week there were rumours that he would be the next Cardiff City manager!

Was awful at Grimsby where he was given free reign to run the club.

I don't know if Ian Holloway is the man for Rovers these days, maybe, maybe not.
I would however, after witnessing this MT era, like to see some throw the dice football, tally ho football.
Attack and damn the consequences!
I imagine the current squad would enjoy it too.

Yes, yesterday wasn't good enough. But MT will ultimately on games such as the next two, not Huddersfield away. I want to see us compete in these games, and we are still some distance away from this.
Give MT until Christmas. If we win on Tuesday, we are eight points clear of the relegation zone.

Shrewsbury and Reading as our next two games gives us a chance to get some impetus going into Lincoln at home, which will be tough.
We could get a result against Lincoln or Bolton at home.
However, in the Barton relegation season, we lost winnable game after winnable game.
Another reason to give MT until Christmas

But that's like eating the last stale cookie from the biscuit tin. We are terrible under Taylor, it's not working, he does not inspire and he seems to have now lost the fanbase and some of the players. We could beat Shrewsbury and Reading, but the problems will still be there in him. We win games dispute of him, all his victory's have came due to him reacting to his failed starting line up apart from Charlton. This tells me that we have quality when we attack. Ability wise we have a top half squad, manager wise we have the worst in the league. If you keeping going 3/4 -0 down there is something major wrong with your team.

No. Taylor couldn't inspire a Eagle high on red bull and cocaine right now. We have won games despite of him, we have talent in our sqaud that's what has kept him in his job. He knows that he is a footballing dead man walking here. Crowds a dramatically down, fans are against him. He is waiting to be fired to get the payoff. It's over. Again I will and Ive said this before, if he is in charge all season we are in L2 next August.
