What, because I called something you wrote rubbish? One word hurts feelings now? Lord have mercy. It’s not about hurt feelings is it? It's about a well thought out post that is clearly not rubbish, just different from your view. Something you clearly can’t appreciate and find hard to understand. As you say, Lord have mercy. UTG! Again... Rubbish! But now you are the one talking it.. I have a different opinion to him, no offense meant, nothing personal. I just used the word rubbish to show an expression. Its you that are making it an issue.

Two things on the media today which resonated.Wycombe manager mentioned us in his pre Match interview tonight and Leeds extended plans for their stadium is due to them having a waiting list of over 27,000 for season tickets!!!!! Trivial stuff really but recovering in Exeter Hosp'Sat's display didn't help!!!!!!! Won't be many Sat at our game.

Wycombe have just put in a good shift against Villa, and were very unlucky. not to take it to pens. It could galvanise them for Saturday, and with long a throw expert, could cause our jittery defence some problems.
Hopefully, provided we don’t concede a early goal we should have the legs in the final quarter to take them out.
Going back to the Wigan game, most of us attending the game was expecting to win and until the first goal there was nothing in it.
Although it was a poor performance the keeper had a ‘mare’ two corners which I felt he should have come for (bearing in mind gas scoring from a corner is a collector’s item).
The third goal he gifted the Wigan forward for a tap in and the fourth goal he should have saved.
Iam optimistic we can get a result at the weekend and I still expect a healthy crowd @ 8k UTG

I bring this post up again a week on.
I'm not anti Taylor like some on here were anti Barton , I'm calling for him to leave as he is not improving us.
We are now bottom 4, and played a game more than the others even tho it's Early.
We have been terrible since he took over, there is no improvement.
Wigan and Peterborough are the worst two performances that I've ever seen a gas side play.
Today was terrible, terrible.. but not as shockingly, shameful, and shambolic as the past two....so is that classed as an improvement?
Lee mansell said on the radio/ , we were not set up to attack. That's Taylor.
We are in a relegation fight under Taylor even today.
No attacking play.No tactical idea, long ball, boring and dull.
I see what's coming, but by then it could be to late.

The Wycombe commentary team seemed to think we'd had a good summer, and rated our signings. I did too tbh. We look slow all over the pitch and Wycombe looked the better team, always able to find their forwards and better quality crossing. I'm usually patient, but it's running out unfortunately

I too like our recruitment this summer I think we have very decent L1 players. But Jesus Christ we look one paced, not set up to win, invariably pumping long balls up the middle and in the 2nd half we stood back and watched them change tactics and run through us like a hot knife through butter. If we get beaten by Charlton the manager has to go.

I havent wanted him during all our recent moments of turmoil but i really dont want to go back down and i think he has enough about him to keep us up.

Taylor seems to set us up not to lose, and we're better defensively apart from defending crosses 😂 It's a terrible state to be in again as a club, we probably need a new manager and one that's happy to not spend any more money. We can't be doing another reset.

The sort of man I'd like involved in some capacity at Rovers.

Will be Gloucester next Saturday all being well

Oldie and Top up, when it comes to football we actually agree!!! 🤣 I actually think we have signed some good players for L1 and for the future, for sure.. But our style of play is shocking, clueless and defensive and just boring!! I watched at home today, and was honestly nodding off in the first half. We were lucky to be 1-0 up. I hate to say it,but I was almost hoping that Wycombe got the winner, as otherwise a draw would have been seen as a result, and papered over all the cracks of us being shambolic. Taylor..I'm sure is a nice guy, but I want out of my club today! No way he is taking us forward, he couldn't inspire a sardine to grow a hernia. Four defeats in a row now with his players, on the back of last season when he used the excuse that they were not. Sorry it's byebye...👋 Or L2. I'm really losing interest in this never-ending repeat cycle of untapped potential that this club has, from being from one of the biggest cities in the country.

If we get beaten by Charlton the manager has to go. There certainly was a difference at half time. One manager motivated his side, and the other didn`t. Agree about our summer signings. Appoint a manager who can get the best out of them, and I`m sure we`d be fine.

Yes it’s the same at Thashton, the city fan base have no confidence in their manager and have already made up their minds and want him out. Whereas, the juries out on MT who needs his team to put some points on the table from the next four/five matches. Otherwise, currently undecided fans (including myself) will be pushing for yet another manager to avoid joining city in being relegated, which would once again put the kaboosh on any potential derby games.

We are sooooooo lacking in midfield.Perhaps time to give Hutchinson a start on Tuesday even though he hasn't shown much thus far. Can't lose yet again so come on boys.Show some urgency and desire. The club both on and off the field is 'FLAT'.Get it sorted or crowds will fall rapidly.

I must admit Toteend3 I am finding it more and more difficult to defend the manager. People are impatient and want success and change now with some Bartonians wanting him out within a few weeks of appointment and would never take to him. But I really can't see any improvement that justifies having much more patience. He really does need to convince us that he can motivate the team to greater heights and especially points. The pressure won't get any better or go away but neither it seems has the fragility of last season's team. If he can't motivate them any better or get them to gel by the end of October then sadly, he needs to go. If he can't get any change or improvement in 3 months then sadly I don't think giving him more time is going to make any difference. Let a new manager have November & December and fill the gaps in January. If we can afford it while paying off two former managers!
