I feel sorry for him, I don't think he'd want to be parodied to thousands even though he comes across as an idiot

C**y seem to be on mw and fm.. Ffs I somehow knew the minute I'd posted that it would be wrong. Can't for the life of me understand why the other lot were on both frequencies. I've never known it happen before. Crazy ![>:(](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/angry.png) All lower league clubs need to realise interaction and engagement is important in today's media age when attracting new fans in the face of premiership hyperbole. It will be interesting what access gashead ex-pats experience compared to last seasons excellent YouTube and radio coverage. Loss of media will only make the forum even more important as information and realism threads are the only valuable reporting of worth (thanks in particular stevek and angas). It sucks being kept out the loop by the league and/or local radios restrictive media agreements.

Look at this another way, the previous judge may have found the arguments for an against too woolley to make a concise determination leaving it open for a higher court to make the decision.
She has basically said "I'm not sure, ask my boss".
I think Higgs is right to appeal if, after consideration with the lawyers, and in the shadow of 10,000 condemining gasheads, there's enough information to justify the fight.

I wish you luck but I more hope you don't invest so much of your time for a cause that can't or won't be acknowledged. Time has a value and if we know that the fruits of our labour will end in a product then it's easy to invest in it. However, history is not on (y)our side.
The best way a club can run is as a unit but it can only run as such if the shareholders, legally protected, decide in a 180 degree about turn. Whether with a new stadium or not Bristol Rovers will never provide what the common supporter wants and that is togetherness, a sense of respect and a club that treats everyone with fair regard.

Darryl has said recently that he likes to keep a bit of the budget held back for a rainy day. This is wise as you never know where injuries occur and it would be better to fill the gap with a loan signing specialized in that position than play a full time player in an uncomfortable role.
Clubs are now in the driving seat when it comes to signing players. There are so many out of contract that the like of Myrie Williams is having a laugh to think he can hold any club to ransom. Plus he's crap.

Gordon Brown and Tony Blair gave into the supermarkets. They grew big, the smaller stores imploded and now we reap what we sow. Corporate fools working to their company's objectives.
Another of Brown's legacies.

I personally can't wait to see Christian, looks like an exciting player that will really help getting us further up the pitch, running with the ball, bring in the strikers, cutting in having a shot on goal himself. Really encouraging signing. I hope there are a couple more to come too! We'll done that man. We have a tricky, pacey young player who has not had the most professional of starts to his career. Wouldn't it be great that if in two years time Christian goes onto bigger things, our management team show how to manage and we've seen a player show younger players that people can change.

I wouldn't attend games if Rovers were to employ a convicted rapist. Why is rape worse than murder or manslaughter ? Perhaps he shouldn't be allowed to work then ? If that's the case why not go the full hog and ban fans from games if they have a criminal record I think you might be lonely in the blackthorn or do we punish certain crimes twice Even further, would you attend games if there were convicted fellans in the crowd? Oh wait. The justice system in this country is so imperfect that even if there was a conviction half of the time it's because of either the mood of the CPS or the ability of one side to instruct better lawyers than the other.

With Bournemouth, burnley, Watford, Blackpool and crystal palace making the step up to the prem then rovers can market an opportunity to certain investors. The stadium with future expansion shows a business development model.
If Fleetwood, ebbs fleet, Eastleigh and Crawley can attract backers then rovers should already be on radars of certain investors. The directors are hoping for this.
