Actually he's just a Cock. Funny you should use that word.....the same word was used in a conversation I had yesterday. Must be a universally held truth! You must have been talking to his mother. edit: Or his long suffering wife.

I see the comedy club is in full swing tonight They will be here all week. Could be worse, the Krankies could turn up with photo albums of their recreational activities.

Oh, and retail is a laughing stock (no criticism implied towards customer facing staff, it's not their fault.) Happy days.

Don't get me going on the retail stuff.... even after running my own retail bussiness for 26 years, i can see BB is to retail what Buckle was to management..... Give me a year to run the retail side as it should be and i bet i double the turnover...... First thing is get erra out the place.....

I'm usually pretty supportive of those running the shop, but this really is a case of choosing not to answer the most difficult questions
I think it does portrays that we've put all of our money on 'black', but if I'm honest I'm not sure that I believe it
sometimes its better to say nothing, I think

it's the flippant "we have come this far and so close" , that gets under your skin.. seemingly afraid to admit defeat and walk away

Honestly I wish they would ask fans for help. A decent web shop page use some of the great ideas/ merchandise that fans have come up with. I know lets get a merchandising team together! DOOH! only BRFC, when you think it could not get worse...........

When was it Nick Higgs indignantly said that of course there was a Plan B? Was that another time Geoff Twentyman tried to get answers out of him? His answers are proving to be reliably unreliable.

How very predictable, not just the article itself but the reactions to it on here. What do people really expect him to say?
Q. Was there ever, or is there likely to be, a Plan B? A. Of course not, we needed someone to pay 3 times the market value for the existing site to have any chance of pulling off Plan A.
Q. Did you really think you would win the court hearing? A. Well we had a case but we knew it was a gamble. However, in for a penny etc ..
Q. Do you really think you will win an appeal? A. Well we have a case but we know it's massive gamble. However, in for a penny etc ...
Q. What is the likelihood of new investors coming in? A. NH is unlikely to simply walk away without getting most of his money back. So a potential buyer is unlikely to find the asking price attractive.
Q. When can we expect the top to bottom review? A. If the directors were seriously considering this we probably wouldn't need one.
Q. How will you repay MSP? A. Pass.

This truly is the longest suicide note in history. Whoever decided that this was a positive piece of communication wants their backside kicking from one end of Gloucester Road to the other. Yet another embarrassment, do they really think we are that stupid to accept this? Deluded doesn't even begin to describe it.

Never far from the latest farce, is he?

I really don't know how the Chuckle Brothers can sleep at night having presided over the worst period in Bristol Rovers history. still at least they can depend on the support of Nurse Ratchet.

From memory, in the past Toni the Till was always portrayed as GD's man. Yet, with Higgs at the helm, he seems to be more high profile and heavily involved in the running of the club - have I misunderstood, or missed something?
