Its not a 180' turn as you say, because what doesn't make sense, still doesn't, but I refer you to my post I wrote this morning for the reasons of cutting them some slack.

Its worth nothing that on GC where first names are used, its because the poster has disclosed them, and where there has been a conversation where that is used.  

Yes mods can see email addresses, but rarely does that disclose the name unless its obviously in the email address itself.  For example, its hard to know who someone is called when their email address might be something like worldcupwinner66@hotmail.com or whatever.  

You can use my chat handle or call me Steve, makes no odds to me.

But, fwiw, about this thread (and obviously not certainly not aimed at you but Hardy's poem has “inspired” me to contribute to this thread.):

.... Whilst not everyone agrees I have found the last few pages entertaining. Swiss is always good to read and has been consistent over a period of time about his concerns and his financial knowledge adds to this thread. Others bring a level of knowledge which is good to read for someone who hasn’t lived in Bristol for 55 years and whose family left soon after.

My biggest sadness is that BRFC has been unable to discover/find/ bring on board a businessman from north or east Bristol like Piley  (Fleetwood), Holt (Accrington), the guy from Brighton, Madejski (Reading), Lansdowne, Benham (Brentford), or many others who believed in their club and who had the capacity to build a club and it’s infrastructure from the bottom. We need someone whose emotional ties to us match their ability to access or provide the funds to grow us. We don’t need a son of a business family who wants a toy to occupy him. (That’s given me away I know.)

Whilst that's kind of you to say so... I can't take any credit. All the hardwork / groundwork was done by JeffNZ and the mods. I think it's more of a reflection that the Club would appear to be entering a critical period in it's history and people really care. And don't want to wade through 5 pages of knob gags to obtain a pertinent comment.

In my view "irenestoyboy" has not had a fair trial.

If as expected he is found guilty he would be well within his rights to request a retrial.
