apparently those ITK seem to think we have been sold or weve got investment towards a new stadium etc - surely a load of rubbish? what are we thnking?

I have heard something dramatic is going on,but no real indication what. I've read a fair bit of this thread & who knows, it might be right. I'll believe it when I see it though - sadly social media encourages a lot of attention-seekers.

I'll believe it when I see it though - sadly social media encourages a lot of attention-seekers. I have purposely stayed away from this but now it’s been started I will say that some very well respected people have been talking about this and there have been several visits by people who have come to games, incredibly well dressed people with sartorial elegance, who no one has known and the rumour is that there has been a deal agreed upon that just need S/Glos to give the go ahead for it to be done. I will disclose fully when I feel it has been confirmed by my go to person. There was a sticking point but I believe this has been sorted, personally I have no reason to doubt it even at this stage but, being human plus an idiot savant, I could always be wrong. Being Rovers, even when a deal is done, so say, you never know what to believe and you have to be careful what you wish for. I’m sure that other and more experienced posters already know of this but are more savvy than to put their head above the proverbial parapet for others to throw Pelters. Always Jam tomorrow eh lol. |

As usual there seems to be a couple of different version bounded about
1) we are being sold and Hani wants his money back
2) Wael has been sourcing outside investment and someone in construction is coming in will build UWE have a seat on the board and get The Mem in exchange.
Who owns what, who gets what and what the FC is left with are the same questions as they were when NH announced UWE

I think we would agree that marrying your 13 year old first cousin, once removed, is bad. No, I would never be entertained listening to him perform. I'm not entirely sure what happened with The Rolling Stones, was there was something about a drugs raid and the location being used for child abuse by politicians, maybe you know more? It may not be a crime to quote a band containing a convicted pervert, but it's in pretty poor taste. |
