I feel embarrassed to be a supporter of this club this morning after hearing the sad news coming out of this morning press conference. DC basically saying he and the players are at breaking point over the negativity over every game, another **** boarded the team coach after the Alfterton game, and he also revealed that 100 posters were put all over the training ground demanding that he's sacked. Apparently after 3 minutes of this mornings press conference he got up and walked out. I've being say it for the last 3 months that the supporters will be the ones that de-rail any chance of promotion. About time people had a long hard look at themselves.

Who has access to the training ground to do that? They should be sacked immediately, assuming they can be sacked.
As for the twat trying to board the bus, I'd bet its that bald nutter from the Centenary Terrace who has fallen out with every manager since Ollie. How is he not banned?

If true, I'm genuinely shocked. How is this sort of thing going to help?

I think the support at the home games has generally been pretty good. Of course there will be a few grumbles and some frustration, but I think we have been far more supportive, turning out in bloody good numbers then perhaps the club deserve.
There are always a few idiots, but surely they should be ignored given the general support the team has been getting

Oh dear, here we go again, another manager is eyeing the door but this time he's not an arrogant man who believes he's god, a Jock who liked a good old drink on a Friday night or an older chap who in the end lost the plot but a bright young manager who knows what he wants and is trying his damnest with limited resources and with players who are having a right pop. These twats know who they are and if, maybe when he goes, not one of them will accept any responsibility for their negativity for any further demise. FFS, we've just had positive knews regarding The Mem sale and the future positives for BRFC and now we get this! I despair!!

That's said, some people are just inexplicable.

Disgusted but not surprised to learn this one bit. The anger irrationality and negativity represented on both forums by some mirrors these actions. Will get shot down by this I'm sure but there are posters on the forums still calling for DCs head and looking for any ammunition to undermine the board and team. Not saying for one minute we shouldn't all be disappointed and angry by the decline of our club over the last 5 years but some of the comments are totally out of order IMHO

The training ground is pretty easy to get into, it's just Cribbs FC's ground...

Anybody else struggling to understand this one? Given the forum's usually reflect the fans, particularly negative, feelings I can't see many, if any?, fans are calling for his head, if the posters were actually put up is it a player etc with a particularly gripe against him

Actually disappointed to hear this but not shocked .
Some of the so called followers of BRFC are a disgrace !
Boarding the bus again is awful and the slyness of posters around the ground sums up how far the fans have fallen along with the club.
Hope he doesn't do anything stupid and resign ...

Do these bone-headed morons think Clarke is the source of our problems? Ridiculous. I feel for the bloke. Everyone's entitled to a moan, I can't understand his decisions re Jamie White for example, but this is just stupid and embarrassing.

Embarassed to read stuff like this, probably the same idiots that were clapping David Pipe and then hurling abuse at our players after the FGR game. We WILL lose more games in this league, more than likely at times against 'weaker' opposition. People need to understand and accept that, the bigger picture is the main focus. We are 4th in the league without playing particularly well and I am delighted we have DC in charge.

Why would you travel all the way to alfreton if your not happy? Just stay away I don't get the mentality of our so called fans at times.as for any anger that should be directed at box1 for not releasing funds for a striker!!

Wondering if it was the same guy who got so wound up at Telford and then confronted DC.He was a right head case and thought nothing of venting his spleen in front of women and children even when I asked him to tone it down.

Apart from the (I am guessing) drunk idiot boarding the bus, I do find it a strange read. I listen to every game via Gas Player as I am abroad at the moment, but I clearly hear the "DARRELL CLARKE'S BARMY ARMY, B R F C" chant on regular occasions, especially away games. Our support has also been quoted by our official twitter feed as amazing too. I hope the obvious minuscule number of dissenters will be encouraged to "Get Behind 'Em or STFU" come Saturday by the masses.

In all honest has to be 1 or 2 nutters, don't see this being representative of most, who think DC and players are doing a good job. For all we know the posters could be put up by anyone, may not even be a BRFC fan, just as likely to be a rival teams fan(s) thinking it funny or purposely trying to cause an issue. The message to DC and the players is 99.9% of Rovers fans are very positive about their current position etc.
Edit : see that the poster thing was at the start of season not recent, don't thing manager or players should take any notice of the odd nutter every club has them ( and recently we have more than our fair share ), not representative of most people who will be very happy with an away point and a home win on Saturday .....

Yep clearly it will be the fans who 'derail' the season & not the lack of a goalscorer. Hard to take some posters (no pun intended) seriously

If as we all think, the majority don't agree with their actions, there needs to be more peer pressure to get behind the team.
