In other news from the other place… Itb says there that ‘it’s clear that Wael wants out’ and describes the AQ/AS partnership as ‘unharmonious’ As we know on here, Swiss views Itb as the unofficial voice of Wael. Wrongly, in my view, but he’s probably as well placed to judge as anyone Why else would you post cryptic messages on Instagram? The cure "Nothing is forever". I don't know if it's true but it certainly seems that way.

If Roadman is who i think he is then i can assure you that he has a close relationship with Wael.

The BRFC 1883 Ltd accounts for the year to June 30th 2023 were submitted to Companies House on May 19th this year but they have disappeared and the site is now showing they were resubmitted on November 6th and will be available for viewing by November 16th.
Does anyone know why ?

ooh, it's going madder and madder over there now. A new poster (hmm!!) has put:
1) Joey told them to stick it as wanted him to allow Abdul to be involved
2) didn’t want Matt Taylor, they went for Gary monks. Taylor was brought in with other input
3) most of players they have bought have used money from Collins and Evans transfer or other investors money as they haven’t got any!!
Collins was promised a contract and they went back on it and made him leave. Just ask him next time we play bolton, Evans didn’t wanna stay and play under them
4) they didn’t sort south stand- wael did!! A grant from the fa and then rest was paid by him just ask any of the contracters who hate them
5) f**ked up the tv by not checking size and weight- admitted at the agm last Thursday
6) wael did few agm meetings and always happy too do more
They are trying to push wael out the club.
Speak to agents and they will tell u they are awful to deal with, ask the head scout of Yeovil how poor it was to deal with them over the kofi deal.
Interviewing managers behind Taylor’s back- ask agents again. If u get the right one!!
They want hunt out, didn’t want Sinclair and Martin to stay!
Don’t want to sign anyone of experience as no sell on profit
Won’t speak to the consortium as claim haven’t got experience etc
So much else
Players pay for their own coffee, tea etc as they won’t pay for it.
The list goes on!!
Don’t believe me speak to football agents and ask them. It’s easy enough, speak to ex employee who will tell u(well the ones not on an NDA)
It’s all gonna come out in Jan/feb!!!

there is also talk that UWE wasn't that bad a deal, but Hani didn't want it. Wael did, and might have made it happen if he'd had control at the time (per DC), but that seems odd to me as it's not clear that Wael has the money - hence he brought in the AS
UWE seemed very disinclined to deal with the AQs post the initial skirmishes though. Maybe they saw Hani and Wael (and Samer) as one unit, maybe unfairly
I couldn't help wondering, after reading the post above, whether 'Jan/feb' is the 'new October'
some are wondering if Voldemort might add his little contribution once his salary payments end in Jan
Matt Taylor seems to be coming out of it well though - doing his best while, according to the postings, swimming against the tide to some extent
let's face it, we have one of these conspiracy blow-ups every so often. But, as far as I remember, the AS takeover took everyone by surprise. So it might all be a big conflation of nonsense - although the several and consistent voices seem to me to suggest that it probably isn't

it's kicking off big time....
itb:
I've have been told, from 2 very good sources::
Post Huddersfield, Hussain wanted to sack Taylor and Abdul and George Friend met with Gary Rowett. After interviewing him, they asked him to be our manager and would he accept terms not using his agent (Wasserman).
Rowett said no, the agent must be used so they made him an offer via Wasserman which was derisory and he turned it down.
Wasserman then informed the club that Matt Taylor is also under their instruction and they also have a duty of care towards him and have to inform him that his current employment may be terminated. They also informed all Wasserman first team players that they may have a change of manager shortly hence them all asking MT what was going on at training the next day.
I have also had it confirmed that another L1 club who is currently looking for another manager interviewed Gareth Ainsworth and he told them that he was also under consideration at....Bristol Rovers.
How disrespectful can you be to your current manager, 2 prospective managers and the biggest agency in football all in one go. I've got no issues in sounding out a manager, eg, make a phone call to see if it's something they would be interested in, but to offer a job when your current manager is in situ and being dumb enough to think that Wasserman wouldn't say anything is just incompetence of the highest order.
So when I say that Abdul is completely illiterate at being a CEO and needs help, this highlights exactly why.
It would also help if we paid a few bills, it might stop us being reported to the EFL for non payment of transfer fees too.
roadman:
Most of that is true from 81.
I knew this last week or some form of it, it’s common knowledge in the game.
I’m glad it’s someone else now leaking this, loads more to come out, a club tried to get a transfer embargo on us last week, unpaid transfer fees. Ask anyone in the game to go on the FA transfer portal, it’s all on there

At least there are no signs that these attacks on the Al-Saeeds are in any way co-ordinated. And if it does all go tits up at Rovers we can rest assured Wael is waiting on the sidelines with a back up plan.

Looking at all of this from afar, it strikes me that the resubmitted Bristol Rovers (1883) Ltd 2023 year end accounts might reveal more than people think. The outcome could be very telling.

At least it’s taken the heat off MT. Some over there are now realising that perhaps MT has been working under a deal of pressure from the owners and are now cutting him some slack. Lots of alleged stories being unveiled by the ITKers.

What a palaver but then we are Bristol Rovers.
Our motto should be something like, Striving to be tinpot, half the effort, double the fun.

Rovers are pretty soulless right now.
Awful football club.
Bitter. Bland. Forever 3rd tier.
Walking dead.
That sort of thing.

You have to sense Wael meeting the fans at the Civil Service Club was a modern version of the Guy Fawkes meeting, with Wael instructing his cronies what he wanted them to post on Gaschat in the hope it would lead to the Al Seead's demise(departure).

Intriguing isn’t it ? Imagine in the previous era if someone had posted that Rovers faced EFL sanctions for not paying a loan fee to Crystal Palace. Revealed that the hierarchy had interviewed and made promises to Ben Garner when Graham Coughlan was still in situ. Or that stadium and training ground contractors had downed tools because they hadn’t been paid for months. It’s a good job we have a core of candid and straight talking Gasheads who always put the interests of the club first and never show bias towards any particular owner.

It’s a good job we have a core of candid and straight talking Gasheads who always put the interests of the club first and never show bias towards any particular owner. And I'm amazed that after criticising the previous ownership so candidly that after finding ourselves somehow in an even worse position that anyone could find any defence for any of them. Personally I'd like to take a broom and sweep them all out. You’ve just posted this on the other forum. “Now we have an opportunity for some investors to come in, give us some direction, ideas, backing and importantly some football expertise but we'd rather stick up for and applaude the illiterate ability of a mid 20 year old and his post graduate uni mates with his UEFA C licence cousin because they want to play real life championship manager because daddy can pay the bills.” I’ve got a couple of questions for you. If these investors were to take control from the Al- Saeeds would Wael remain as a shareholder and director or would he be swept out as well ? Does this group of footballers have the experience and resources to undertake a major stadium and training ground redevelopment project ?

If these investors were to take control from the Al- Saeeds would Wael remain as a shareholder and director or would he be swept out as well ? Does this group of footballers have the experience and resources to undertake a major stadium and training ground redevelopment project ? As I understand it, they would be taking Wael's shareholding and 25 % of the AS shares should they still want skin in the game. Hussain has refused the offer. Hussain has made an offer to Wael as there is an agreement that the AS have a first option on Wael's shareholding should he want to sell and An offer has been made to Wael of a partial purchase of shares on a 6 monthly basis for Wael to exit by end of season 2026. If that process has already started, could that be the reason for the change of accounts on CH? The question that raises for me is, why don't the AS just buy Wael out now? I'm assuming they haven't got the money which if that's the case, is even more worrying. Seems to indicate that the AS aren't as rich as we think, they don't have the money to build any part of the stadium and the reason for selling off half the 1/4s is to raise some capital to do something. My main question would be that if you can't afford to purchase the remaining 40% of shares, how much operating capital do you actually have for season to season running and what happens when that runs out? Regarding your stadium and training ground question the Dutch footballers also have an investor behind them who would take control of the club operations and they just want to be involved in the footballing side. Anyway, this post will give you something to screenshot and email Richie Bates with won't it....😉

The Saeeds appear awful people to run a fc.
When was the last time they spoke to the fans through the Post or Radio Bristol? Scared of being laughed at I imagine.
Not football people.
This is why wes e feel Bristol walking dead Rovers.
They need replacing because nothing will work while they remain.
