Yes I think you are absolutely right and he probably should have seen the writing on the wall when he was given vague promises instead of detailed plans. The debate on Gaschat has now advanced to the point where ITB is telling us his company never had a problem getting paid by Rovers when Tom was in charge of settling accounts and Wael is very embarrassed that invoices are not being paid on time. As I predicted a few days ago, the next development will be for some fans to say they think things were much better in Wael’s time and that the Al- Saeeds have spoiled everything. In a pre-pack situation, with 12 million of debt secured by real estate, where would we train and play our home games ? Sounds similar to things we were hearing a couple of years back. There was talk of late payments for work at The Mem and The Quarters. 3 people have PM me on gaschat telling a similar story to me. One person took season tickets, advertising and an 1883 membership to cover his invoice which wasn't by choice by the rest of his PM which I shan't disclose. It wouldn't be fair on him. But there's a pattern emerging here and not a good one.

Whoever they are.... And I see without your drugs you are unable to make a coherent debate without a personal attack. How about this for a spotting a flaw of Wael's...he's sold us down the river to another rich dad who's son this time is so woefully out of his depth that along with his university mates that have been board appointed, that between them they can't even build a website without incorrectly spelling the clubs name or even having correct diction on a landing page strapline. Then to finish it off we have the fake reviews at the bottom of the page. I quite liked the one from Faisal. "Top Notch" is a Kuwaiti phrase...who'd a thunk it... 😂😂🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️ The same people that are trying to negotiate million pound contracts for players and managers and making a compete cats arse of that as well. Absolute rank amateur. bristolroverskw.com/It's here if you're wondering. So according to you Wael has sold us down the river to a new but even more inept bunch of owners. I’m not here to defend thr Al Saaeds - far from it as I am not close enough to them or what they do. Time will be the judge of how they do as it has been for the Al Qadis. You may well prove to be right in time. You’d come across much more credibly if you stopped defending Wael at every opportunity. My opinion from a distance is that Wael has been a benevolent but poor custodian for all the reasons that others on here especially Swiss and SDG provide. It’s not exactly as if selling to the Al Saeeds is his only bad decision is it? Benny, Tisdale, B***** - there’s a long list before we even start on the club finances. Your comments re personal attack are laughable btw. This is your modus operandii. How have I defended Wael from every decision he makes? I haven't done and I could point you to a good few posts where I have criticised him. It's nothing that I wouldn't say to his face. I criticised him openly for appointing Barton on forums and personally when I spoke to him. The same as I did Tisdale, another crap appointment. I defended him from being accused as a child groomer from certain quarters that used to hang out here, which stemmed from Ken Masters and Steve Hamer and peddled by the members of the SC and PC which is where your accusation of defence of our owner stems from. Attack the post and not the poster is the counsel given out here and on t'other side. Read your post again, you had a pop at me straight away, which is your frequent MO towards me. Perhaps you don't think before you type or your memory isn't that good but your a marked poster from my perspective for doing the things you say you don't do, which is probably why we always have the joust that we do.

Currently the B***** faithful on social media are having a meltdown. Best manager should never have been sacked, best squad would have got us promoted under B*****, Taylor another Tisdale and should be sacked, manager clueless ..... Window not even closed yet and they want Taylor gone. Remember when they told us all that we needed to get behind B***** the manager when we got relegated. Matt Taylor has a real uphill struggle to face with this lot. A very sad state of affairs. A sad state of affairs Chesh but highly predictable. Wael didn’t want to lose control but with finances in a mess he was forced to put the club on the market. Serious buyers with the resources to transform Rovers and build a new stadium weren’t interested because of the state of the club and Wael’s insistence on retaining a substantial stake. So after being advertised for over a year the only people willing to take a chance and comply with Wael’s wishes were the Al- Saeeds. Six months after the deal was completed we are where we are. But at least on Gaschat Irene’s Toy Boy is putting forward his idea of a solution “ Abdullatif Al Saeed. He's losing control, if he ever had any to begin with and if his old man isnt willing to pull him up on it and give him some counsel then a few more fans might make him pay attention “ Meanwhile, Gasheads who have the capacity to think may wish to check out the difference between Administration and Liquidation. If ever he had any What does that mean please Swiss ?

I was the first one to post any comments on gaschat about the AS ownership. I have done so completely independently of anyone. I cant speak for the rest of them, but having spent sometime with another football club board member this morning in London, hes hearing all the same things from other sources within the football world. DMac at Peterborough hasnt been complimentary about our new directors together with Matt Taylors subliminal messages about the board I'd suggest there is no smoke without fire. Hussain doesnt need to put a protective layer around his son as long as his son shows a measure of competency. So far he is showing himself up to be nothing but incompetent and from what I have been told, albeit from people outside of the club, that Abdullatif wants to do everything himself, makes a cats arse of it and then picks up the phone to Wael to sort it out, which is exactly what happened with the JCH transfer and a carbon copy of meeting the release fee for Conteh. Bit more meat on the bone would help build your case ITB. Just looks like hearsay and rumour to me. "another football club board member". Which Club? "all the same things from other sources within the football world". Like who, and who said what? "Matt Taylors subliminal messages about the board". Like what?" "nothing but incompetent and from what I have been told, albeit from people outside of the club". Who told you? "makes a cats arse of it and then picks up the phone to Wael to sort it out". Is this just the JCH transfer - or do you have other examples? The only person who could have told you about JCH is... err... Wael. I'm not saying you are a liar. But your previous form on here has been to be Wael's cheerleader in chief. I accept you have criticized him for some decisions he has made. Only relatively recently though. I don't remember your condemnation of the B***** appointment. The most disgusting decision made in my living memory of the Club. Nevertheless you still come across as being his BFF. And on the face of it - looks like you've been fed a few lines from Wael and are more than happy to come on here and "spread the word". (I am not a huge 'fan' of the new owners. I want more communication and an indication of what the long term strategy is. But I'm not taking your 'word' as gospel without some facts to back it up).

Talking of moving forward how are the extensions at the Quarters coming along? Coming along fine. View AttachmentNot if they bought those Extension’s Swiss, they be the plug type only used in US/Asia…Yet another cock up I fear.

You'll find my criticism more on GC than here possibly but it's there. Everyone there knew of my distaste for him. You might not know that one of my business interests is brokerage. Mainly cars but extends to boats and helicopters and it's doing ok enough that I've got some premier league clubs who use my services. I won't say who they are but I was in London on Tuesday meeting with one of them. They know I'm a rovers fan and conversations start about the Norwich game and how they are routing for us to get through etc. he then says, I hear it's not happy place at the moment and proceeds to tell me or at least confirm what others said about the behaviour of our directors in certain circles. They know that we offered the job to Mangan and Whelan and then pulled the rug from underneath them and Whelo walking in what he called a dumb move as Whelo is a top bloke who'll be a good coach, his words not mine. He said the JCH saga was all our fault, he knows DMAC very well and he was disgusted with us. I'm no cheerleader in chief. I go on evidence. Even now some of the things said about Wael are speculative rather than fact and these people won't evidence anything. That's why when people threatened me previously and said I was a liar, I challenged them to put everything down and I'd do the same and no one did. I can always back up my claims. I know a Wycombe director quite well. At 3-0 all the AS crew walked out. Nowhere to be seen. Missed the last 2 goals and the comeback. How does that look to MT and the team? Where's the support. Where's the tanks to the Wycombe directors (who were disgusted btw) and the sportsmanship. These people are representing us now. People talk very openly in football. There are no secrets. Listen to Taylor last post match presser. That was him saying get finger out to the board. Finley a few games ago - the manager needs help. Look at the new Kuwait academy website. It's utter 💩. We don't have a proper kids academy here. Everything is in plain sight.

As always, you need to read between the lines with local reporters as they have to hold back to retain access to the club but there are a few direct points there. McAllister has not been officially announced. That appears to back up the rumour that he hasn't yet signed a contract. Taylor has not brought in any other staff. That appears to back up further rumours that promises have been broken and contract offers withdrawn, leaving Matt Taylor as the only person doing it his way. I don't care too much for what goes on with the owners as I have always thought we would end up going down the pan once the people who only stuck at it for the love of the club had left. Swissgas will be proven right all along, it's just a matter of when, but on the pitch the fans deserve better and so does the manager who I think jumped in too quickly without doing due diligence of what he was getting himself into. Don't kid yourself that off the field politics don't affect players, it does.

You comments about players being effected is true. The client that heard about what was going on at our place came from Brentford...we have 2 Brentford players on loan....it doesn't take a genius.

I think you have to admit that you didn't debate anything there but just tried to make an attempt at humour at my expense.

After all that and here we are again...Except this time it looks worse than ever. Hoping to be proved completely wrong...but Trust all is well with you

Just pointing out that a couple of the points raised were also accusations/happenings with the previous board: - Current ownership accused of late payments for work carried out / Previous ownership were accused of late payments for work at The Mem and The Quarters. - Current ownership set up Bristol Rovers Academy Kuwait / Previous ownership set up Bristol Rovers Academy London, which didn't last long and seemingly disappeared without announcement. www.bristolpost.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/bristol-rovers-launch-new-academy-4221344

Bit more meat on the bone would help build your case ITB. Just looks like hearsay and rumour to me. "another football club board member". Which Club? ITB is to Wael as was Baself to Poundland Pep. Absolutely fixated and unable to see or admit to seeing his flaws Allow me to quote your post again. My opinion and I stand by it is that when you post on here you have frequently been a cheer leader for Wael no matter what evidence is put back your way. I can’t be arsed to trawl back through the forum to gather the evidence to either prove or disprove this. Despite what you say above you clearly do not like it when anyone has a different opinion to you and spit your dummy out when this happens. As Epping has posted so eloquently above you have come on here posting all sorts of stuff about the new owners supported by thin evidence which has taken you a while to provide. Perhaps no surprise then that this has reinforced the opinion of people like me who see you simply as a mouthpiece for Wael and find it increasingly tiresome.

Who was the last Rovers manager who left without being sacked? I can't think of one since Gerry Francis Mk1.
