You have obviously missed earlier posts. The way the UK legal system works Bas, if you plead guilty, you can be sentenced at the first court meeting. If you plead innocent the Police and CPS have to gather evidence and build a case. That's what is happening in the Manchester and it can take a long time. You dont plead innocent, its a plea of guilty or not guilty..you either get found guilty or not guilty. Apologies, Trymer, I stand corrected. Sorry, written in a rush but the principle of building a case on a Not Guilty or no plea entered still stands.

He's been suspended, what more do you want Starmer to do? If the police get involved there will be little he can do. Two Tier should simply report him to the Police. Show them the evidence. He could manage that. Believing in the propaganda then Bas....

Racists? Looking at the crowds there was quite a varied mix of people amongst them... There may have been a 'varied mix of people' but that doesnt mean that they arent racist to other ethnic groups,I had a mixed race lad working for me,nice family man and one day he said to me 'i know that i shouldnt say this but I effin hate Somalis'...another woman that I used to talk to was from South Africa (she referred to herself as coloured) really disliked Somalis too, a Turk that I knew disliked Arabs (and had no respect for women,he got banned from Toys r Us). I remember the Pakistanis in Sheffield having fights with the newly arrived Romany gypsies. Racism isnt just white people hating people of different skin colour.Didn't say it was, I meant that there were people from all walks of life, in very large crowds. I have had racial abuse aimed at me, including from Irish people, although I was told by them that you can't be racist about the English as they are not a race....

Oh I forgot. Labour Councillor Ricky Jones, after suggesting we should cut the throats of people he considers Nazi, then led chants of "FREE FREE PALESTINE! " You could be a completely unpolitical person, bought yourself a new England shirt and while strolling down to the pub,get your throat slit ,by one of these fanatics ,triggered by your England shirt. That's a very worrying thought and terrible if such a thing were to happen. I suppose it helps us understand how black and brown skinned people have been feeling lately every time they step out of the house. What a time we live in.

Just reported that a second police officer is now being investigated for criminal charges after the Manchester Airport incident, whilst the thugs that put two police officers in hospital (one with a broken nose) still haven't been charged. This is getting ridiculous.

'pleaded guilty to burglary' we were talking in the Barbers this morning about this, half the people involved in these riots probably didnt know what the protest was supposed to be about. Loads of the older ones were drunk and just joined in,the younger ones pitched in because it was exciting and there were quite a few opportunists just looking for the opportunity to steal something, its the same scenario with most of the riots that we have in Britain....

Labour Councillor Ricky Jones, suspended after shouting something about 'cutting Nazi throats'. Last night. He should be arrested. Over to Two tier Kier. Labour councillor suspended after appearing to say rioters' throats should be cut.. i.dailymail.co.uk/1s/2024/08/08/13/88307861-13723539-image-m-31_1723121234880.jpgA Labour councillor has been suspended by the party after a video circulating online appeared to show he said that the throats of rioters should be cut at a counter demonstration last night. Ricky Jones, the Dartford Borough councillor, could also appear to be heard saying in the video that we need "get rid of them all", the PA news agency reported. A Labour Party spokesperson says "this behaviour is completely unacceptable and it will not be tolerated". The PA news agency understands that Jones has been administratively suspended and the whip has been removed, which means he can no longer be called a Labour councillor.

If he is not arrested and sent down it will only add fuel to the two-tier accusations. and WTF does the Free Free Palestine chant got to do with anything!

We have said before how the lack of democracy shown by politicians after the Brexit vote was very dangerous, now we are seeing the results 'if you dont agree with someone elses point of view kill them' .
