Police say it's not terror related. π Of course they do, they want some overtime from the riots π π±πππ

A weird one though on the surface, a nice conspiracy brewing π Someone mistook a heart attack for a stabbing, or someone purposefully put it out there. Maybe it was a test to bang up a few more Nazis π π±π±π± The Nazi word... Cue meltdown tbh the descriptions Nazis, racists, fascists have been overused to such an extent that they dont have credibility any more, possibly why so many people are happy to vote for "extremist" parties now.

Two hours. I wonder why this is not the top story now, when a few years ago it would have been? Sadly, stabbings are more common place and therefore don't always make the headlines. Very sad but true, stabbings and slashings part of every day life now, unless theres a fatality stabbings are not newsworthy, because of the amount of stabbings more people carry something to try and protect themselves if they are attacked.

Not sure how you extrapolate to that conclusion. But anyway the bigger story is how some people jump to conclusions with zero evidence. This is classic.

It's a whole new thing didn't you know? Apparently Muslims can induce spontaneous heart attacks in complete strangers. Fancy media outlets not jumping to conclusions and making up stories about stabbings. Cue outrage from Farage supporters πππ That's honestly one of your worst responses ever.

I wonder whether the public would get behind a major clampdown on knife sales, and massive sentences for carrying and being party to carrying. Stop and search will create huge political rows also. I'm open to good suggestions as I have little

I'm open to good suggestions as I have little Flick knives were banned in the early 60s but there are probably more about now than there were back then,so easy to bring home from countries where they are sold openly. Kitchen knives are so easy to obtain, every kitchen in the country contains lethal weapons, yes you can ban zombie knives, flick knives, samurai swords etc etc but a carving knife is just as lethal and cant be banned...you can even buy non metallic ones so metal detectors become useless. Until there are thousands more prison places available the courts cant give people long sentences for carrying knives and that is the only deterrent. As I said the govt need to get advice from people with knowledge of what's happening but that suggestion was ridiculed on here....

You know the ones, which will kill. There is no reason to carry a knife apart from the intent to inflict violence,so is guilty upon arrest. Caught.Locked up for a decade. No PC bulls**t. You watch the violent crimes go down then.

Invest in the prison services, more jobs. Maybe make prison time more productive too, rehabilitate them by contributing somehow.

You watch the violent crimes go down then. Agreed. Thinking about that Bristol stabbing, the mistaken identity tragedy, I try and piece together how that could have been prevented. Is it the gang culture that sets the attitude of not caring about the consequences? There has to be more done to provide better options for the kids that are attracted to it
