Just for you Ice "Through early morning fog I see visions of the things to be the pains that are withheld for me I realize and I can see... That suicide is painless It brings on many changes and I can take or leave it if I please. I try to find a way to make all our little joys relate without that ever-present hate but now I know that it's too late, and..." From one of the greatest films Firstly,I've stated on here before, that my father committed suicide by jumping off the Clifton suspension bridge in December of 2009. So I don't take kindly, nor am I willing to accept any of your weird, attempts at trying to be humourous in regards this subject that you have quoted. Have some class.. not for myself, nor my father, but the subject in general. I am sorry of course about your father. I had no idea. But that song, the theme from MASH, was an anti war song and the words focus on hate. That was my point. But I apologise, I didn't know.

No problem Oldie, I'm not a hateful person, I just have very different opinions on things to yourself, and sometimes things get intense on here, and I know I'm not innocent either. Apology accepted, no hard feels.đź‘Ť Btw, I thought I recognized the quote. It was abit before my time tho. Thanks again for your kind words.

People disagree with you, not because they are childish, but their views are different. Sometimes you have to be adult and accept that your views are not the only ones. Cheshire.. with respect, please don't patronize me as I don't need you to explain the laws of the Universe to me. From day one, I've always been open to different viewpoints and stances in conversations on here, and to be corrected if I'm wrong. This goes all the way back the old official Rovers forum, and when I was on ArseChat. Ive defend my opinions at great length as I believe I have the truth on my side. If I'm wrong, I'm willing to admit that I'm wrong, unlike others on here are.As I know I'm not perfect.Im also perfectly fine if others disagree with me. The only time my back gets up is when 'keyboard warriors' on here, attack people on the other side of an argument by using insults,or by using virtue signaling tactics and shout down anything you say by insulting and calling them racist or fascist. Thats when I get childish, as they are very good at what they do, as it mostly goes undetected or, ignored on here. Icegas I try never to be patronising. I try to have a level headed conversation as I would with my mates at the pub. And we argue from different perspectives but always walk away friends. I just find that you take offence so quickly when someone disagrees with you. Whether you like it or not, if you ask 100 people from all sides of the political spectrum, your views are right to far right. That doesn't mean you are racist, that's your interpretation of the responses you get. You see my replies as left to far left or if you ask Bas I'm woke. He thinks it's an insult, to me it means I actually give a sh!t about other people and their struggles in life. Don't get childish if people disagree with you, just respond to their posts. If you are actually insulted then do report it, we do discuss reports and act!

I don't mean to be thick but how do polls in the UK work. For a start since when have 2237 people represented the entire voting nation? The results don't stack up either. 54% blame TR 51% blame Farage 44% blame Elon Musk 40% blame Starmer Now I don't claim to be a mathematical genius but that adds up to more than 100%

Prison cell guaranteed for those that need one – Prisons Officers Association
The chairman of the Prisons Officers Association, a trade union, has been speaking to the BBC and is confident that prison cells will be found for those who "need" them.
Mark Fairhurst says he accepts the numbers are “tight” – blaming the previous Conservative government for leaving a "complete mess" – but says that is why the overcrowding system is in place.
He describes the overcrowding measures introduced this morning as effectively "one in, one out".
Asked what will happen if a prison cell is not available for someone identified as requiring one, he says: “There will be. We will guarantee a prison cell.
"We will make sure that those people who need to be in prison will be in prison.”
Conditions for prison officers absolutely horrific, says union boss
More from the chairman of the Prisons Officers Association, Mark Fairhurst.
“The desire is to only have prisoners in police cells for a maximum of 24 hours,” he says, adding “the police now have a decision to make” about who they hold.
The most serious offenders will end up in court and will be found a jail cell, he insists.
He says the effect of the overcrowding measures may be “justice delayed”, adding that if prisoners are “clogging up police cells” the police may have to “delay some of their operations”.
“It’s been an extremely pressured situation for several months now because we are so full. And that’s down to the previous government,” he says, adding the conditions for prison officers are now “absolutely horrific”.
Planned measures to reduce overcrowding due next month, should create “a bit of breathing space” and “enable us hopefully to stabilise our prisons”, he says, but “we’ve got to get through these next few weeks.”

How the polling companies got it wrong again over the GE, and should polls be banned as they can, and do, influence voting intentions? Polls wrong again

To be honest France those stats made me laugh as well So why post them? Because although the numbers are a little strange, the general consensus is that people like Andrew Tate, Tommy Robinson, Nigel Farage and social media platforms fanned the flames of hated and violence

Man jailed for Sunderland 'orgy of violence' as more in court over riots..by Mark Denten, BBC Look North.ichef.bbci.co.uk/ace/standard/1024/cpsprodpb/1a41/live/ea420a30-5e17-11ef-b970-9f202720b57a.jpgA 32-year-old man is sentenced to two years and two months for his part in the Sunderland riots. Dean Groenewald, of no fixed address, had previously pleaded guilty to violent disorder. Newcastle Crown Court heard Groenewald picked up a paving brick or stone and threw it towards the police lines during a riot on 2 August, which was captured in body-worn footage. Groenewald has 30 previous convictions including for affray, criminal damage and common assault and was on licence for a previous offence at the time of the Sunderland disorder. Passing the sentence, Judge Paul Sloan KC said Groenewald, who is unemployed, was at “the forefront of a mob in front of the police lines” and had his hood up. He said Groenewald had participated in “an orgy of violence, destruction and disorder” that had brought shame on the city of Sunderland.

Woman killed and two hurt in stabbing..by Ewan Gawne, BBC Newsi2-prod.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/incoming/article29765070.ece/ALTERNATES/s810/0_JRP_MEN_190824_police_014JPG.jpgA man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a 43-year-old woman was stabbed to death and two other people left with life-threatening injuries. Police were called to Barnard Road in Gorton at about 23:20 BST on Sunday after reports three people had been stabbed. The woman died at the scene while a 17-year-old girl and a 64-year-old man were taken to hospital for treatment. Initial inquiries suggest the suspect, aged 22, was known to the victims, Greater Manchester Police said. The arrested man has been held in custody where he is set to be interviewed by detectives. The injured girl and man suffered "serious stab wounds" in the attack and their condition is "believed to be life-threatening at this time", the police said. Barnard Road has been closed off while officers investigate behind a police cordon. Three forensic tents have been put up, one in a garden, one in the road, and one at a property in the street. Plain-clothed officers have been seen knocking on doors, while others in white overalls and protective clothing have been seen in the road. One person, who lives within the cordon, told BBC Radio Manchester he woke up to hear a "lot of screaming and noises". Another person said "you don't expect to see such a large police scene" in the area, while another said it was unexpected for a "nice, quiet" place. The stabbing is being treated as an "isolated incident" by the police. Det Supt Toby Facey said officers had arrived on the scene "within minutes" of reports being made to police and arrested the man. He said the investigation was in its "very early stages", and appealed for anyone with any information about the attack to come forward. This included anyone in the surrounding area near Barnard Road at about 23:00 BST, he added. “We understand that the local community and further afield across Greater Manchester will be rightly shocked and concerned after waking up and hearing this tragic news this morning. “Our thoughts remain with those affected and their loved ones at this difficult time. We are doing all we can to support them," he said.

Similar levels of sheep like behaviour by simpletons who followed rumours of police brutality and decided to loot shops. Which just goes to show, stupidity and ignorance is not defined by race, skin colour or creed. Or indeed older age...which is even more incomprehensible

Men who attacked Rotherham asylum seeker hotel jailed as more appear in court..by Thomas Mackintosh and Sean Seddonichef.bbci.co.uk/ace/standard/1024/cpsprodpb/ce6d/live/e1f05150-5e37-11ef-b970-9f202720b57a.pngNiven Matthewman, 19, (left of the picture above) was part of the violent mob that gathered outside the Holiday Inn Express in Manvers, Rotherham on 4th August. Matthewman, of Albert Street, Swinton, was filmed carrying around a large piece of wood and throwing a chair towards the hotel which was believed to house around 200 asylum seekers at the time. He also participated in chanting "Yorkshire, Yorkshire" and in violently rocking a police dog van from side to side. The court heard the two officers who were inside the vehicle together with a police dog "feared for their lives". A YouTube compilation also showed Matthewman draped in an England flag while the song "Bang Bang" by Ariana Grande, Jessie J and Nicki Minaj played. Matthewman, who had no previous convictions, had pleaded guilty to violent disorder at Barnsley Magistrates' Court on 14th August. He is sentenced to two years and eight months in a young offender institution and made subject of a criminal behaviour order for 10 years. The Recorder of Sheffield, Judge Jeremy Richardson KC, told the defendant his conduct had been "shameful", adding: "You were a participant in a very serious incident. "You were not a bystander, you were well to the fore." A rioter who “commandeered” a police riot shield had attended the public disorder outside a hotel in Rotherham while on licence for drug offences. Nathan Palmer, 29, (on the right of the picture above) was part of a group of hundreds who descended on the Holiday Inn Express in Manvers, Rotherham, on 4th August. Police body-worn footage captured the self-employed tradesman picking up a police riot shield after an officer fell to the ground and dropped it. Palmer, of New Street, Hemingfield, previously pleaded guilty to violent disorder and has today been jailed for two years and eight months. Sheffield Crown Court heard Palmer’s custodial sentence would have an impact on the end-of-life care of his elderly grandmother who has dementia and has been diagnosed with terminal cancer. Recorder of Sheffield Judge Jeremy Richardson KC, told Palmer: “What possessed you to participate in this crime can only be described as comprehensive stupidity. “The simple fact of the matter is, however, you did participate and you were well to the fore, in consequence of which you must now be punished.”

For a couple of decades,Britons have told their Governments we have too much immigration. Governments have lied to Britons, telling them we'll do something about it. Immigration goes up. Governments continue to lie to Britons, insult them and attempt to take away their voice.
What are these Britons to do?
