Sam Frost can probably expect a media ban and exclusion from the Mem.
Dissent is not acceptable to our clubs owner.

Sam Frost can probably expect a media ban and exclusion from the Mem. Dissent is not acceptable to our clubs owner. Who knows how they'll react. What they should do is take it as constructive criticism, sack B*****, he was a PR disaster from the get-go, then get some help, because demonstrably those making decisions need it.

When Mr Wael took over we had a number of high profile Board members appointed. One who oversaw the building of the new Wembley.Others with impressive CV's,an international analyst called Will Dubey, another who was responsible for new build stadiums,a legal expert etc etc and the new Chairman when asked about the Sainsbury's/UWE debacle said that Finance wasn't a problem. None of the prestigious new board lasted five minutes and most left for 'Personal Reasons'. Was it a Smoke and Mirrors PRO exercise? Did they all realise within minutes we weren't likely to match Man City-or even Bristol City- after all or what was it all about? Given up caring now as my hopes over the years have been hopelessly dashed so many times. It hurts though that as a club we are totally without direction or leadership. Most cringeworthy moment was a rare interview with Mr Wael who when asked why the promised new stadium hadn't happened said something like,'We have installed new hand driers in the toilets and improved the club shop?'

Shhh Colyton, I don't think many have noticed yet.

The club interview with Michael Cunnah was the moment when I realised the new owners were for real and we were entering a wonderful new era. The interview with Steve Hamer when he called us the new crazy gang felt like a kick in the guts and it’s been downhill since (other than the hand driers)

I think B***** needs to go, this publicity is so bad for the club.
When is he going to stop?

Any other club, any other owner, the managers record, and the unconvincing performances when we do get points, would have done for a manager long before now, even without the reputation shredding, fan upsetting shenanigans.
It’s all a bit uncanny. I feel so flat ☹️

The longer Wael stays quiet the longer it looks like he might be distancing himself from B*****.
The bad news is, the club is being harmed.

I hadn’t looked at it that way and thought the opposite was the case, but I think you might be right. You’re brilliant! Compare and contrast with when he was arrested for beating his wife up: the club rushed to defend him, say there was nothing to see here, and generally to stand by their man, so much so that any scrap of morality (and, frankly, sense) got trampled in the rush. This time, they creep in and take it off the website and then hide. Baby steps, and still far from doing the right thing with any conviction or honour, but at least they’ve stopped cheer leading and debasing themselves for the creep. Is that a light at the end of the tunnel?

Well Widdrington is in the middle east according to PoP and Starnes is on annual leave So that leaves Wael, this Colonel character whoever he is, and Gorringe running the show? Wael's mate, Karem, is also a Director. The club should have issued a statement by Sunday lunchtime at the latest. Starnes may well be on leave, however, with the position he holds I would expect him to be contactable in situations such as this, and to get the wheels in motion for a press release.

Is that a light at the end of the tunnel? I’m not so convinced. It’s business as usual now, the moment of Joey being in last chance saloon ahead of the Newport game has passed. The message the club is getting out there is this season can be turned around, stranger things have certainly happened. The Holocaust remark is all in the past now, because the club are completely in the clear thanks to the FA quickly making a decision and telling the world it’s not that bad what B***** said, no fine, no ban. You have to admit, that position from the football authorities helps Joey and the club tough it out till it blows over? Maybe if he hadn’t said Holocaust he would be sacked by now, as it’s completely distracted from last Saturday’s football evidence he has completely failed here. We still have hope of turning this season around, but it’s now the stranger things have happened type of hope.

Indeed. Somehow with his poor choice of words he has won himself a reprieve.

He's been quoting a 13th century Sufist poet now. 😁 Some on here won't like that. I`ve certainly got no problem with Sufists or Sufism. I think it`s quite shameful that it took from the 13th century to the 20th century, for women to be given the vote.

Agreed. It was far too soon. 😎

Sufists,a nicer part of Islam.
I think a Sufist shop keeper in the UK publicly wished his Christian customers a Happy Easter.
This pressed all the loopy buttons of a Muslim from the dark side of the cult, who promptly drove to the Sufis shop and beat him to death.
The nutter was a hero to many in Pakistan.
Looking forward to Joe's Thursday chat. I can't remember a Rovers manager as entertaining.

Agreed. It was far too soon. 😎 Giving women the vote, hasn`t done the country any significant long term damage. Not sure you can say the same thing about driving licences, though.
