He didn't actually say that Rovers aren't paying him. He said that he doesn't earn any money out of it - presumably because he's paying some of the staff he brought with him, so no money is going in his pocket. He's not working for free though. I think it's the other way around, he is being paid by one of those he brought with him who are paid by Rovers. Perhaps a company just like this one KAIZEN SPORTS MANAGEMENT LIMITED? Is there a fact in there? Players are not allowed to work through a third party, are others like managers? Why do you believe that comment from JB when most other comments are not believed?

I've never disbelieved anything that he has said but I do find most of it distasteful and unnecessary but I knew it would be before he arrived.

He's mentioned the term kaizen in at least a couple of recent Radio Bristol interviews. I thought he had been reading up on Japanese manufacturing practice - after all, Anderton's just-in-time arrival for the goal yesterday was a good example of kan-ban - but perhaps it was simply the name of his agent.

If our clown of a manager is employed by someone else other than BRFc, for his own sake, I do hope the effing clown is aware of the IR35 rules.

Interesting to see that even with the upturn in form of the team, nobody who voted in this poll has changed their mind.
93.47% of people who have voted regard him as unfit to manage our club.

Yeah, I don't cite this as a referendum. I just like my rare 'OP's to be voted upon. It's a rather small sample size of support. Basel has a point about 7k attendances. I note that despite taking us down a divison, the manager still barely beats the managerial statistics of his predecessor.

As people are walking off of public pavements into the ground ask if they would mind answering a couple of questions. Ask a couple of generic vague questions, then lead in to why supporters should be banned, then eventually get to whether a manager should be suspended if he has an upcoming court case for assaulting his Wife, pending the outcome of that case. Let us know what results you get.

The fellow Gasheads I have chatted to ,about Joe ,is they accept him as manager and possibly support him too.No one likes the violent or alledged violence, but it's separated from the football and up to the Courts what happens. So,much the same as me.

I just can't understand how people can chose to ignore this stuff in pursuit of supporting a football team, it's quite shocking, and a bit disturbing if I'm honest.

I can imagine that some don't really care. I imagine others can separate the subjects. The longer time passes, the more so, too. Like racist Roald Dahl's books for kids. I think it's worse for leadership figures.

I respect other people's right to make the decision, but can't even come close to understanding how you can attend an event and be 'on the same side' as Barton. I just don't get it. And plenty of our support was pretty vocal about it when he joined Fleetwood. Has his reputation improved since then?

No I think we agree on this, personally. But we call all overlook different things.

We don't know the people involved, what happened or how their family and friends see things. We did get- I think- a note from Mrs B,asking people to leave them alone, family matter etc.

Somebody else has given a "for" to JB that makes 5!!! That changes everything. Now only 89.36% of people who have voted regard him as unfit to manage our team. Hardly conclusive, is it.

I think our dear LIS was mocking Barton's 'popularity', Bambi, if I'm not mistaken.
