Barton should be removed as manager of Bristol Rovers. Manager | P | Division(s) | W | % | D | % | L | % | Clarke | 246 | 4th, 5th, 4th to 3rd | 104 | 42% | 56 | 23% | 86 | 35% | Coughlan | 56 | 3rd | 25 | 45% | 18 | 32% | 13 | 23% | Garner | 33 | 3rd | 6 | 18% | 10 | 30% | 17 | 52% | Tisdale | 19 | 3rd | 5 | 26% | 3 | 16% | 11 | 58% | Barton | 35 | 3rd to 4th | 8 | 23% | 5 | 14% | 22 | 63% |
Barton took Rovers down a division, still winning under a quarter of total games, and losing the most games, after managing for more games than Garner or Tisdale were allowed, yet somehow he is still here.Β There's no point blaming his predecessors, both of whom Al Qadi sacked when Rovers were above the third division relegation zone.Β Barton has brought nothing but shame to Bristol Rovers Football Club. EDIT: here's a fine old Gashead writer for your attention.

Barton out!
I have paid a few quid to watch Rovers over the years - much like many of you - but I wanted an apology, refund and kiss on my @rse for (just one example) of the woeful substitution of Coutts/Westbrook when you need a goal or two yesterday v Newport....?
Especially when the same subs played us into a suicide last 15 mins v Colchester the match before.....?
Arrogance and/or stubbornness but the refusal to learn anything means BARTON OUT!

There was a collective groan on the West when Clown Coutts came on (along with some boos). That man steals a living, as does Collins.

According to this website Coutts and Collins were enjoying good salaries for this level last season salarysport.com/football/sky-bet-league-two/highest-paid/

But he does nothing with the ball at his feet. I`d sooner have Tom Nichols back.

That is absolutely brutal.

Hi Wael, You seem like a really decent chap, I'm absolutely sure you have best intentions for our football club at heart, please, please seek some advice from some people who are IN your circle AND want what's best for our club. We are here to back you 99% (there's 1% that really want's you to fail, sadly!)

Well, here we are, 3pm the Monday after the Saturday before, have just looked at the official website, it's being updated, some lame stories a couple of hours ago, just now they've added something about tickets for a game against Oxford, but no sacking and not even an explanation or apology.
What's become of the club I've supported all of my life?
