I would think it is in the creditors interest to keep them going somehow and get some money back , no matter how small, on a reasonably regular basis, than force them to fold and get nowt possibly? Or be in some sort of bun fight to liquidate their assets.

I'm sure there is a simple answer - but a bit confused. Why are they trying to raise only £100k when they are squillions in debt to HMRC? Or have I missed something?

followed him and he followed back, then later in the day he seems to have unfollowed anything rovers related, not sure what to make of that.... he's been rumbled?
or he doesn't want to encourage further wide-of-the-mark speculation?
Or he was seen shopping in Sainsburys!

Wasn't there today, just listening. But to me that performance and never say die attitude speaks volumes about this current side. More than individual talents there seems to be a collective spirit that overcomes any faults.

Just been pointed out with Easter off for 3 games (likely) Harrison is on 4 yellows and thus one booking away from a one match enforced rest. Would make interesting selection headache for DC.

I've always believed that the reason that rich people become involved in buying football clubs is vanity. Whether they buy into a Premiership club or a National League club is neither here nor there, the fact is that they can sit in their own reserved area on matchdays and receive the plaudits of the great unwashed. Mind you it must cost 'em big time for the privilege of it all. I remember reading once that Alan Sugar went home and told his wife that he had bought Spurs that day. I can guarantee you that he didn't do so as purely a business decision, but more as a big boys toy. She may also have wondered what was going to happen that night behind closed doors until he explained a bit further!!

Sounds perfect for the UWE?? Assuming this consortium was genuine can their really be two consortiums looking to buy Div 2 sides at precisely the same time both looking to invest £m's?? Northampton are at least a couple of years ahead of us, according to BBC they have debts of £12,000,000. 932 posts so far, will we make 1000 before anyone actually says anything? Why would anyone do that?

or, most likely, somewhere in between
so dull, as it turned out Oh I don't know. It was quite sunny where I was today.

Just a general thought whilst reading all this stuff about Teds - is it my imagination that since their demise to the bottom of their League they are few and far between on here lately? Used to get a bit of banter from a few of the more sensible ones but all seems quiet on that front.

Dont know why i put Lockyer Two cracking finishes. Looked good to start but sat off a bit after goals and have let Wycombe in a litte bit generally positive. Lines probably the most disappointing so farSeems to have been a trend in the last few games he has played. Hopefully will be sorted soon.

Mansell has a "tight thigh" and missed training yesterday, according to Darrell Clarke on Radio Bristol. So he's rested. Likewise, James Clarke was "showing signs of tiredness at Morecambe" so sits this one out. Ok thanks.

I don't see how people are saying 3k or less. I would be stunned if we had less than 5K. As others have said, no home game for a good bit after this and it is Wycombe after all. And it is raining.....sooooo if it all starts to go a bit Pete Tong we can call it off. That's the rules.....or so I thought.
