Ticket Fiasco admit full responsibility. Not Tom Gorringe's fault as some have seemed eager to claim. Perhaps they could apologise. Haha! Good luck with that one ...

Email with print options arrived late last night. I did call the Ticketmaster number yesterday pm as concerned if I wasn't at home (ie: working away all week) how could I gain entry if paper ticket was lying in my porch? They were very easy with just go to the ticket office before and they'll print it out. So, any problems with no emails/late post etc, just go to ticket office... Simples! My email says your tickets are within this mail. Surely you can just show the barcode at turnstiles, no ? I would imagine so, yes. I don't know whether season ticket arrangements and ad hock tickets differ, but as we are all sensible I'm sure it'll be alright on the night... .

Don't let The Thin White Duke know that our Tom has screwed up again. But it's nothing to do with Tom or the club it's all the fault of Ticketmaster. They have admitted so, yes. Look Swiss...you were right. It wasn't Tom or the club's fault.

...As many supporters will already be aware, we have been experiencing some challenges this summer, particularly around season cards.
Back in April, the club made the move to Ticketmaster, with a view to strengthen the club’s technology offering and to provide fans with the best fan experience possible. Ticketmaster Sport are widely regarded as the market-leading ticketing technology solutions provider....
And what a great success that was.
I am still at a loss as what the club gets out of this move, we had a system which worked, it was not broken. Our first experience has been completely disastrous.

Who the hell suggested that our club start using ticketmaster for tickets? Using ticketmaster for this is a complete disaster. What was wrong with the season ticket/card system. I think certain people in the commercial department should be sacked. There are people involved who are ruining our club. Get rid of ticketmaster now.

Contacted Ticket Office by email on Friday, living over 100 miles away - no reply. Day of the match - no ticket from Ticketmaster.

At what point were Rovers forced into a relationship with a company who have a track record of poor service of this type? As you are leading the defence of that partnership, maybe you can give us all a breakdown of what the financial cost to the club of outsourcing ticketing is projected to be please?
