Tickets for the next two home league games should be in your account. I can see them in mine. Great news, well done Ticketmaster. I bet it was such a shock to find out that their system wasn't compatible with Tom's.

As much as a shock as the grumpy ones going on about it despite the fact they will not be using the service in the foreseeable future.

To be fair LG, the tickets show in our accounts, but haven't yet been received. The account "order" won't be enough to get through the turnstiles. I'll be using this system for a few away games and for our protracted runs in the FA and Paint Pot cups. Regards, Non-Grumpy, BS3,

The actual buying is pretty easy. A few people had issue with linking accounts, others didn't (not sure how much of that is human error)
Obviously not great . not having ST cards ready, but when the teething problems are sorted all should be fine
We don't appear to be the only club having issues with changing ticketing arrangements

But it's nothing to do with Tom or the club it's all the fault of Ticketmaster. b******s. This is why I have always called them Ticket Bxxxxxd. Always been a bloody pain and I shuddered when I found out we would be using them. Horrible company

It's easy to foresee in the not too distant future B***** lashing out again at someone and getting convicted, then Wael will have to get him away from my club and if TicketMaster is how tickets have to be purchased, and the club are organising events safely in relation to Covid, then I'll use them.

Just ordered 2 tickets, confirmation arrived via email saying print your tickets but there is no barcode to print or scan. I phoned, took 47 minutes to connect to have a Liverpudlian accented man say I can just produce the email at box office or at turnstile, I said really, my own experience is that barcodes are necessary but he was insistent on the email being enough. So, here we go. I can see the box office being rammed as I am sure I won’t get through a turnstile sans a barcode. No wonder I call then ticketBaxxxxd

You just couldn't make this complete farce up, but guess what, with Gorringe at our club you don't need to, he just stumbles from one mess to another. It's almost on a par with stewards grabbing cash out of people's hands when they were waiting to go through turnstiles. Here's a hint Gorringe, this is why you hold test events. Poor Brighton, bet they miss him.

Funny story from the past I once rang up Plymouth Argyle as I didnt get a programme at the match (the Police herded us straight to the ground and wouldnt let me go and buy one) a man with a Geordie accent spoke to me and was very pleasant and got me a programme sent to my address free of charge..it was Bobby Moncur ! I wonder if something like that would happen these days ?

No wonder I call then ticketBaxxxxd There was no barcode on my ticket, for the Havant game. Took a fairly protracted arguement with a steward, before I was reluctantly allowed in. Wouldn`t be great, if that scenario was replicated for a league match.

Those stewards can be quite persuasive can't they. Next time you are reluctant to go in you need to be a bit more determined.

If the email is enough, then what's to stop anyone printing off half a dozen copies and handing them out to their mates. So long as they don't all go in together stewards will likely not pick up on an email address being used multiple times.
Scrap that. Just seen KP's update on the matchday thread.

Am completely confused now. In my TicketSpanner account, I have purchases of my ST, membership and the league games on Saturday and a week Tuesday. None of these have a barcode.
Are actual paper tickets being issued? Sorry but the emails are as clear as mud.
Grateful for any help and/or clarity.
