I have had noting yet either, I paid for a season ticket last year as well and received nothing, feeling a little forgotten if I am to be honest. Try not to worry, I am sure you will get it before the match. I imagine the club must be aware of this and the phone must be going mad. I wonder if the club send these or if it’s ticket bxxxxxd ? I also wonder what, if any, limits there are on attendances ? I know it’s very poor but I do remember times like this. I imagine you will get it before the game or the club will send a code or other, to get in whilst this is sorted

Just rang the club about my a/c number being rejected by T/master. Advised to email them about it - don't ring, you'll be waiting hours! But not worry!! Tickets will be on sale in the shop all day tomorrow, up to just before the game!!!! Bemused. To be fair, I managed to get a ticket online for tomorrow`s game, without any problem.

But their website would not accept my a/c number - which they accepted in May for renewal of my ST, and which the shop, when I gave my name only, gave as my correct number. It puts me in mind of David Walliams in Little Britain - "computer says no".

Apparently we will get an email from Ticketb****** today or tomorrow regarding STs. Ah, yes, but what will it say? Either "please find enclosed your Mansfield tickets", or "you have been entered into a prize draw. Ist prize, a ticket to see Coldplay. 2nd prize, 2 tickets to see Coldplay".

Apparently we will get an email from Ticketb****** today or tomorrow regarding STs. Ah, yes, but what will it say? It will probably say they apologise and say it is in hand and will confirm tickets for Stevenage and Oldham the following Tuesday will be mailed to current and new season ticket holders as the cards are not available yet. Might even offer a voucher for a free pasty (hopefully)

Email arrived...
Thank you for your purchase of a Bristol Rovers season ticket for the 2021/22 season.
We are emailing to inform that unfortunately we have been unable to re-activate your season ticket card due to a compatibility issue between our previous and new ticketing provider. Due to this all season ticket holders will be getting new cards for the new season which will be with you in the coming weeks.
In the meantime, we are sending out physical match tickets that you will need to use to gain entry to our first Home League game against Stevenage on the 14th August and our game against Oldham on the 17th August.
You can now track your your card via our online system which will keep you up to date on when it is likely to arrive via the below link;
Think I'll still take my old card, and arrive early, in case of any problems.

Don't let The Thin White Duke know that our Tom has screwed up again.

I had the same email. Going on to the "PackTrack" link, it does not seem to find my membership number. I have tried all numbers that club have sent me. I am assuming that the number they want is the Ticketmaster ID.
Anyone else having this issue?

The thing is I never even had a card from last season to re activate ? I did purchase a season ticket but because of all this virus hoo ha I never even got sent one, just a code to watch some tv coverage that I didn’t even bother with once. I am surprised they haven’t told us to log in to some ticket site and print our own paper tickets from home, once again Rovers, a total shambles.

Entered my ticket membership account number (7 digits starting 13XXXXX ), click submit, and get: "Membership pack not found."

Don't let The Thin White Duke know that our Tom has screwed up again. But it's nothing to do with Tom or the club it's all the fault of Ticketmaster.

Oh I see, so TicketMaster have forced Gorringe and the club into this partnership. OK then. Added to the list of his mistakes. Based on how he's been rewarded for failure so far he'll be due a hefty bonus for this.

Tickets for the next two home league games should be in your account. I can see them in mine.

I am seeing "Tickets to be purchased" for Stevenage and Oldham in www.eticketing.co.uk/bristolrovers/Awesome!
NOTE: I had to click "My Account" (top right)->"Account History" to see the list.
