Am completely confused now. In my TicketSpanner account, I have purchases of my ST, membership and the league games on Saturday and a week Tuesday. None of these have a barcode. Are actual paper tickets being issued? Sorry but the emails are as clear as mud. Grateful for any help and/or clarity. Tickets in the post.. There is a link to resend email for ticket, obviously as we did not buy there is no initial mail. I suspect if email is resent then bar code will be there. Don't quote me though. Not tried as waiting for postie.

Spoke to the shop earlier today to get clarification and was told that paper tickets were being issued and posted out. Make of that what you will…….. Onwards…..🤪👍

Climbed into bed with Ticketmaster Surprise Surprise, f**king disaster, In years gone by, without a care we`d wander in and buy from Claire, but that`s no longer good enough, and if you don`t like it, that`s just tough. Four days to go, and it`s high farce, Ticketmaster, kiss my.....

"Hi. Please can you confirm tickets have been sent"
"Yes they have. They were sent by Tuesday, first class"
"Um, would you like my name or account number?"
"No need. All sent. I can cancel them and sent you e-tickets, which you will need to print"
"Surely they're not e-tickets if you print them? Anyway, I don't have a printer"
"You can take the e-tickets email to the shop and they will print them"
"OK thanks. I'll see if they turn up tomorrow. If not, I'll call agin"
Of course, there won't be a queue half way down Muller Road of people waiting for tickets on Saturday. Oh no.
Good bloody grief. Ticket Wind-up have had since April to check their software and have had money for season tickets from many of us since April.
What a joke.

Email with print options arrived late last night.
I did call the Ticketmaster number yesterday pm as concerned if I wasn't at home (ie: working away all week) how could I gain entry if paper ticket was lying in my porch?
They were very easy with just go to the ticket office before and they'll print it out.
So, any problems with no emails/late post etc, just go to ticket office... Simples!

They could teach Ticket Banana an awful lot about customer service. Good to read but what about those of us who are unable to get to the shop and for various reasons ? Feel sorry for the shop employees. I think selling the Kingswood outlet was a big mistake but you can’t please everyone and the area is going more and more Red with each new family and their kids.

You just made my point, exactly. The club told me my e ticket can be scanned but the original mail first says, in BOLD, you have to print the ticket but , in the final and tiny lettered paragraph, it says if your device is damaged you can print the tickets so the barcode can be scanned. Without the club clarification I’d have been at the box office, queueing

Ticket Fiasco admit full responsibility. Not Tom Gorringe's fault as some have seemed eager to claim. Perhaps they could apologise.
