With Bournemouth, burnley, Watford, Blackpool and crystal palace making the step up to the prem then rovers can market an opportunity to certain investors. The stadium with future expansion shows a business development model. If Fleetwood, ebbs fleet, Eastleigh and Crawley can attract backers then rovers should already be on radars of certain investors. The directors are hoping for this. "backers" or like Pantsdown just local residents with just too much spare money?

I'm getting worried about Curly, far too cultured. He'll be wanting his peas minted, refusing to wear odd socks and insisting that his pants are washed at least once a week, when just turning them inside out means you can get at least another 7 days out of them.

There's hope for the Comprehensive system yet.... ....however, as for my personal hygiene?

Bloody hell, Dickens on a Rovers forum! Nice on Curly. Which leads nicely to the old joke "went to the library the other day and got talking to a guy who said "do you like Dickens?". I said "I don't know, I've never been to one""

Well, local until it means they have to pay a wee bit more of their billion quid, then they'll run to a tax haven.

I just find it sad that the country is becoming a foreigners play thing. 3/4's of central London is now owned by foreign investors, and now we are trying to go that way. Surely there are some successful clubs owned by someone who is English?
