Burton, away... Been twice and never seen us win, although we should have done.
3rd live watch, lucky?
Tough match, it's a real 6 pointer....but with Hull away on Saturday, this has to be a must win if we are thinking about 3rd division salvation...
I'll predict scrappy 1-0 win.

Stats v Burton are from our first encounter in 2011 - P10, W3, D3, L4 - We have not beaten them away in our 3 wins, but have won 7-1.
I am going for a hard fought 1-1.

Burtons latest form stats make interesting reading - last four away games Burton won all four whereas at home lost four out of the last five!
With Joe Day out the result could hinge on goalkeeper Jordi Van Strapons performance between the sticks, If he has a good game we will come away with the three points!

I get the same foreboding as when we play Accrington.

Jordi van Strappons? Looked better after a run in the side. But still...
Whatever way you cut a formation and 11 from this squad there are flaws. But would you argue if I said lack of consistency in formation and 11 has cost us over the season?
Joey has quite sensibly gone to his system of back four and bravely stuck to it for 2 home games. I said before, Barton’s deep defensive line mitigates our lack of pace and positional naivety like how many straightforward punts have done us this season.
Will Barton bottle it and start tinkering to something a bit more negative tonight? For the team to start performing consistently in coming weeks IMO should stick to broadly similar formation, partnerships, duties and match ups, the more practicing on the same thing the better you get at it, rather than trying something new all the time.

The change is an enforced one, with Jordi van Stappershoef replacing Joe Day in goal” I have my answer. And I like it.

I'm sure he said in one of his interviews that attack was the best form of defence. What happened when we tried to close the game out on Saturday and nearly lost it might well harden his opinion. Hopefully we will be at them from the off and just wont let up.

Just paid my tenner for ifollow my hear is saying a 1 1 draw Leahy to score again.
JVS will be man of match and acknowledged as a sound goalkeeper who needs the Flying Fin.
Support the Rovers hall of fame nominations to celebrate our wonderful players and history.

Nobody with a player calling himself Fondop-Talom deserves to get anything out of any game, ever.
