As you don't post sounding that grumpy in response to the majority of messages on here that also contain theory I have to assume that you don't agree. So you think that Higgs didn't have £3m and that Wael will borrow money secured against personal assets when his own funds run out and there's no equity left in the stadium and training ground?

But I agree, the case was daft, we were never going to win. Didn't the judge actually find in favour of Rovers on four of the five points of contention. As I remember, the only reason Sainsbury's won was on the the fifth (and overriding) point, that the contractual agreement had time-expired. And it only time-expired because of the tactically astute calling of a judicial review by Rovers' opponents at the very last moment, to maximise the length of time before the case could be heard? The above has no bearing on whether the UWE Stadium scheme was viable, or in Rovers' long-term interests, which is still a moot point. Although I think some of the construction costs that are being remembered now are ones which applied at the end of the drawn-out saga. If Nick Higgs could have cracked on with the scheme in the initially envisaged timescales, the costs would have been much lower.

Take a look around the country and see what Sainsbury's do, they have previous. If you swim with sharks... As for construction costs, if you risk everything without a contingency and management plan built in for this type of increase then you aren't fit to run a market stall, let alone try to run a professional football club and oversee the build of a new stadium at the same time.

I heard the same rumour that's been posted on the other site...A Deal has been signed in the last few days to sell fruit Market and further plot adjoining the FM, but not known who has brought it.... I'm in the believe it when I'm sat in it group but as per the training ground now may be a cheap time to get the deal done

I's suggest "One man went to mow ... " Gives options for endless repetition and additions Thanks, Angas. I was being facetious - but, now that you mention it, that's the obvious tune!

Last week of October. Gaschatters think the Fruit Market's sold. To whom, nobody seems to know. News due in October, mind.

Sentences should begin with a capital letter. Unless it starts with iFollow...?! I refuse to recognise companies whose titles would have received a big red circle around them from Mr. Morgan at Alexandra Park.

Better hope it's this October. We can't carry on like this. The football department of BRFC is a joke. I can't be the only supporter feeling embarrassed. The board cannot recruit football people. If you have to keep sacking those you recruit, then the problem can be found in the mirror. What a shambles. Save us.

I was relieved when he became headmaster as it meant he no longer took us for lessons. Perhaps his management style should be written into the employee specification for the first team managers position. A la GC.

if the info is correct... then the ownership structure is certainly not what most would expect it to be. What is the ownership structure alleged to be then?
