Tough test to-day but large visiting contingent and hopefully Bernardo's debut will make it a 9000 plus crowd.Friendly lot when we went there so hope they don't find our spartan facilities for visiting fans too awful.No Billy Bob and only one non league signing so won't be easy.
Hope the pitch lasts the 90 minutes.Need a win boys please.
Not long ago we drew 3-3 with Guy Branston scoring in the first minute.Loaned from the only team below us in the whole league-Aldershot.He had the turning circle of a P & O Ferry.

Yea agree, tough match.
Not buying McCalls rants of 'injury hit squad', 3/5 losses, squad squabbles etc..
But......this is first home Rovers v City match of the season. A BCFC too.
I just can't put us to surrender our first home defeat to Bradford, we've never lost at home.
So:
1-0 Gas.

He had a great attitude though & I remember his headed goal v Rotherham, his celebration was absolutely brilliant. I really liked the guy, pun not intended, if others had his attitude then it would be fantastic. A good egg and decent human being who always gave his all, regardless of talent plus he used his vocal chords. I hardly hear any of our players talk now. I don’t know how Locks is captain, you don’t hear him all game |

I know the stats on the Beeb are famously unreliable (as, to be fair, are nearly all football stats) but to be fair they are all I have to go on this afternoon and it gives the impression we've had comfortably the best of it so far. |
