You're a stats man Mike, I will bet any money you like that if you take the average Rovers home attendance of the competition before the entry of Premier League B teams and compare it to the current situation, attendances were higher in previous formats.If the competition was downgraded in that Rovers could play an under 21 side , I think that with a bit of promotion on the clubs part, competitive pricing etc, you would see at least comparable attendances than with what we are seeing now.
