It feels like an eternity since the Bradford game but let's hope we can redeem ourselves after that disappointing result and display. Sounds like the weather may be doing its best to spoil the game but the Mem is a real fortress for us so it's a 2-0 win for me. UTG

I like our matches v Walsall.
Ever since Eastville days, we've had some good games.
They are no mugs, but have offloaded some players since we last met and I expect an easier home match than last season.
Gas 2-1 win. Maybe an Ollie Clarke screamer? Again!? Att...8999.
Come on you blues! UptheGas..

I remember the Popular Side singing "You're the s**t of Birmingham" and being young enough to think that was both original and funny.

Walsall are one of those teams that my memory seems to think have been a bogey team for us. As an aside, they have done very well to turn a profit and on smaller gates than ours. Maybe something our owners could look into if they don't plan to inject any real cash investment, no ? Am going for a draw at 2-2 or possibly and 2-3 loss. Obviously I hope I am proved very wrong UTG

I remember the Popular Side singing "You're the s*** of Birmingham" and being young enough to think that was both original and funny. Those were the days eh mate. No forums or heated argument over tactics etc. No hating on players and no booing of our own team. We have moved on in many ways but not all of them good. I remember actually enjoying myself at games too 🙄 We seemed to have a lot of creative people who made T shirts, jumpers and fanzines. I womder whatever became of the black Arab fanzine, anyone know ?

Rovers down to ten men - Slocombe FFS Just hope we can hold onto the draw at least. Maybe even a cheeky winner would be nice. Why was Slocombe sent off, what did he do please ?

I didn't realise our goal difference was in minus figures but the Bradford game would have certainly not helped that. We are going to have to tough it out until January and then hopefully we can push on. I think we are going to have to grind a few more out like today's result. As long as we win then I don't care how we do it
