In honour of Adam Drury's rather strange departure I thought I'd start a thread trying to make a team out of players who made strange departures from The Gas. Alongside Drury, the ones that jump out for me are Rodri Baldvinson and Brian Cash (the winger who was subbed on and off inside about 10 minutes despite not being injured in his one and only appearance). Suppose Bell-Baggie could stake a claim for inclusion for basically not existing.
Anyone else?

John Tedesco. Signed from Plymouth in about 1968. Never appeared in first team.

On a slightly different note, who was the keeper we had briefly in the mid to late 70s, Stewart someone? I think he may have played for West Ham.

can't think of his name, but didn't we have a winger who came on as a sub and he got subbed off. Think he was Irish and s**t
I know we had a lad Graham Barrett on loan played about half an hour was quite good and then he got Meningitis or something I think

Did Les Bradd ever get a game? Les Bradd had a 100% scoring record for Rovers. I watched him get our only goal at Ninian Park in Cardiff's 3:1 win on New Year's Day 1983. It was Bradd's only appearance. My Dad and I watched the training session at Hambrook a day or so before the game, when Les Bradd arrived. Thousands turn up to watch training at Real Madrid when the latest galactico is unveiled. At Hambrook, there were just the two of us!
