We're also being outbid on players, I spoke to Keanu Marsh-Brown the other day, he's recently signed for FGR for over 300k plus add ons, before the FGR bid, he was in talks with rovers but couldn't agree the fee, he wanted to come as he's known Parkes for quite some time and is pretty close with Matty Taylor and montano! It's not only our budget that is holding us back but you have to remember there are still a number of clubs in League two and conference that are willing to throw money at it for success! We will get the right players with the right attitude instead of players holding. Out for bigger deals, players with the will and passion to play! I personally like DC's transfer workings and I believe he'll bring in the right men! If he's been bought for £300k I'm glad we're getting outbid. We've only spent so much about 3 or 4 times ever!

Here's your post in my response to the suggestion he's a sports therapist, you started wittering on about him being a sports physio or an "ordinary" physio.
"He's a "sports therapist" basically he's done a sports therapist degree rather than the usual, and probably more difficult to qualify, physiotherapist route
If he is a `sports` physio he has already got the higher qualifications so no problem. That is the harder route. Going by what has been said he is just an ordinary physio. So he needs a First degree and a postmasters graduate degree in `sports` physiotherapy. "
Basically we need someone with a Physiotherapy degree but employed somebody with a Sport Therapist degree. The job advert on the OS doesn't make any mention of then requiring a Sports Physiotherapist degree, which is just as well as only Bath Uni do such a Masters degree.

Already! I think we will lose at home on our first day. We always have a slow start, and I think the cobblers are a bit of a bogey team for us. Watch out for the Clarke doesn't know what he is doing thread

LP Gas, Why do you "think" we will lose our first game? It's a new season,Northampton are not one of the strongest teams we could be playing also I "think" our home record against Northampton over the years probably holds up quite well though I haven't checked it up.(I think Northampton are only a bogey team on their ground)
Personally I "think" I don't have a clue how we are going to get on because at this moment in time I don't know any of the following. 1. What team will be selected. 2. What formation we will play. 3. How a lot of our players will perform at this level. 4. Injury wise we don't know at this time who will be available. 5. All I have to go on is a few friendlies where even now we can't really tell what team will be put out as for once we do have a squad of what appears to be reasonable players ,most of whom could start.
Possible permutations
GK Mildenhall or (unlikely) a return for Puddy but you never know with DC.
RB Clarke, Leadbitter or Lockyer CB Any two of Clarke,Lockyer,Parkes,McCrystal?? LB Brown,Lockyer or Clarke or maybe a surprise youngster RW Sinclair,Gosling,New RW, Central midfield two out of Sinclair,Gosling,Clarke,Mansell,Lines or possibly three out of those with no LW LW Gosling, Montana, Bodin, Forwards Any two of Easter, Blissett, Bodin, Harrison, Taylor,Lucas That is without considering we might go 3-5-2 !! or we might make more than one signing this week (though I wouldn't be at all surprised if no signings are made this week.
You might as well say you "think" we will be fighting relegation as we in recent years at this level have always had a poor season!!!

You are thinking Sports Therapists which are not Sport Physiotherapists. Sports Therapists are much less qualified. Google it mate and it will become clear
Hasn't Topper already said our guy is a Sports Therapist? Either way, what a shambles!

Arsenal have a budget of one billion trillion and only beat us 1-0. We shall qualify for the Europa League through the League Cup and have bunting everywhere. Lovely scenes will occur and everyone will stop mentioning a poxy friendly against Cheltenham in which the most important outcome was no more injuries. Best wishes. Xx Arsenal first 11 was that? I don't think it was, was it? Why get so defensive? Considering the club we should be and budget we should have based on gates etc why do you still defend the fact we haven't spent any real money? laugh at me all you like but this team won't cut it in League Two. I knew I had this thread bookmarked for a reason.

This thread?! It muddled the duck out of me. Until three-quarters down the first page... when I saw it was dated July 2015.
