Watching that game has reignited my annoyance about those 2 points we dropped against a dreadful looking Dartford side! If only Mildenhall hadn't done that crazy bit of goalkeeping  That and the number of missed chances over the course of the season may come back to haunt us We've had our share of luck also. Balanta last minute header, we all thought cleared off the line by a Barnet defender, ref gave us the goal. That was 2 points added to our total and one knocked off of Barnet's. |

I could not go today but am to nervous to listen in. Should Hughes play I am scared he will take us apart, but will keep fingers crossed we can bring back all points. 53 years a fan of Bristol Rovers but still low in confidence every match. Perhaps one day I will get out of this habit! It's a funny thing that, cos I'm just the opposite, both with BRFC and England. I start each game with bags of energy and enthusiasm (but also a bit nervous too), always confident that we'll do well . . . but it doesn't always work out the way that I hoped that it would.  you and me both brizzle. Makes us stand out like sore thumbs, I think  |

It's a funny thing that, cos I'm just the opposite, both with BRFC and England. Makes us stand out like sore thumbs, I think The one comfort that I have, is that the older I get the more easier I find it to handle the pressure and disappointments that following BRFC brings with it. But sore thumbs? On balance I would have to agree. I wonder if anyone else would care to form a club? |
