If Football League clubs are interested in signing Ryan on loan, but he can't even make the bench for a Conference club, that tells you something . . . doesn't it?
Remuneration?

Nothing confirmed yet bemmy, I guess? Like many, I was hoping a fit Ryan Brunt would be the answer to our goal scoring problems this season. If the Sky report is correct, then maybe a period away from Rovers, some game time and confidence built, Brunty can come back and fulfil his potential at Rovers. Keep on forgetting that he's only 21 - plenty of time for him to come good.

What do Brunt & Norburns agents have in common? They both know how to feed BS to Sky Sports. I'd be amazed if Brunt when to a league club, and if he does it will be very interesting to see how he gets on. Good luck to him, i honestly can't see him playing for us again, a loan will take him to the January window which will leave him with 6 months left us on his deal and the mostly like case will be someone else will take on his contract. Shame he hasn't remotely looked like a pro footballer since coming back from injury.

So,upthegas.....you didn't read Mancgas (et als) FACTS. Methinks mylady doth protest too much. I read his comment. The way I see it, I dont know Mangas, I dont know if he is reliable or not. A lot of people say things on here claiming to be true. So I gave my opinion on both - if he went home or if he stayed. Really dont understand why its so hard for some of you to grasp this.

If the story does originate from Ryan Brunt's agent (which did also cross my mind), I don't think it does player or club any harm. With Cunnington, Taylor, Harrison and White all seemingly above Brunt in the current pecking order, it would be good for both if RB went on loan and got minutes on the pitch. However, with DC treating each game as a "project", I am not so sure that Ryan Brunt is completely out of the picture at Rovers - I certainly hope not. c.f. Leadbitter, star performer at Lincoln, not injured or on the bench against Nuneaton.

In the opening game of the season versus Grimsby, I thought that he did OK . . . all things considered. But you get the feeling that there is more going on behind the scenes to which we are not privy, possibly the cost to the club of his contract. He could well be the next of last seasons big earners ''moved on.'' They're slowly being whittled down.

I actually quite like Brunt, and think he has a future at this club.
But if another club (league or non league) want to take him on for a month or three, and he can prove his fitness, that can only be a good thing for BRFC long term.

But he is at a league club, correct?Pulis really rated Brunt as did his back room staff, but a bit of sympathy from TP for Rovers allowed us to sign him, despite uproar from his staff, this from one of those aforementioned people

Just heard that Brunt has been told he is free to find another club be it loan or permanent deal

If thats true its great news for the player and club, he gets some competitive football we get him back fit and firing on all cylinders. I reckon there must be a lot of smaller clubs in Div 2 would take him on loan

Brunt on paper is our most dangerous striker and our hugest asset.
Sadly, his injuries have deprived us from that and he's shown us time and time again that he's far from being what he's supposed to be, and we aren't in a situation to gamble anymore.
So, sadly, if he has to go, he has to go.
