Crawley looking the better team this half.
After a good first half we're now looking poor and lacking ideas.

0-0 would about sum this game up.
Two poor teams lacking any quality.
Very disappointing performance by Rovers.

Well that was f***ing awful and had relegation form written all over it.
Wether that's due to on or off field issues I don't know and don't care, there is no excuse for players to put in such a lackluster performance.
We are in free fall.

I got home in time to watch the last 30 minutes and wish I hadn’t. No shape, no urgency - nothing in fact.

Last 6 games, 2 wins, 2 draws, 2 defeats... Mid table mediocrity written all over it!

We've played much better and lost, and for me the main thing is not losing these games.
I see the current bottom four as the teams that are likely to go down. Shrewsbury, Burton and Cambridge are already odds-on to go down, and Crawley will do very well to compete to stay up.
MT's position is safe until Christmas. So let's get behind him and the team until then.

Shame on you...I thought this would be great but your all showing no real passion to share with other forum members Sort yourself out ffs Big games apart, matchday threads have never been a massive thing here with updates and comments generally limited to goals or significant events. Not sure why, maybe most of the forums major contributors actually go to games. :-O Today's game was a classic example of a game with little to talk about.

Just got back..
What lush day ... Actual local tour juice! Other choices on offer on a pre match liquid lunch. I had more Fortitude than our defence in second half... Interesting new sights sounds and history to explore..... and a w g grace pic to die for!
Anyhoos....onto less important measures: Out sung and from 50 mins onwards outplayed by Crawley!? Holy moly.. But we didn't lose, and unbeaten run continues and although I really think we should have taken chances and won, a point going into a run of tough challenges pre Xmas might be the best we can do...?
A game of two halves left us dangling for a point in the end, where our creativity, endeavour and daring play in first half was swept away by as much as that from them in second.
Fair play to Crawley....get all the bs out of the way, gamesmanship time wasting, playing the ref and horrible side of football they got right - they actually nullified our midfield, rendering Lindsay Conteh, Hutch and Shaq impotent. Their defending high up made it difficult for us to play around them, and they compacted the defence and mid that saturated the space preventing our play. They used the flanks better than us and targeted our well known Achilles heel of a right (wing) back - this time Mola the fall guy, he struggled on that side. Well done them, they played some attractive football at times. We hardly strung anything of any use in second half, and while we had probably best 3 attack options at end with Promise, Sincs and LT it appeared that none of them knew where to be or what to do when they received ball. Disappointing.
It's like a mishmash of funneling in players in obscure positions they're not suited for, and it felt (in second half) a dysfunctional team with no focal point, outlay or movement with the ball.
First half, ironically we moved really well off the ball. But in the second phase of the first half you could see cracks in our play... arguably we could have been winning by 3 clear goals... and we surrendered possession more and more.
Nice saves by Griff. Nice interceptions from Wilson and CT, a nice balanced blend. CM anonymous. Really liked Bilongo contributions. Luke McC won m o m and I could see why, he covered every blade with running and chasing, unlucky with his header but the real m o m was their Keeper if not the ref!? Ref was sold a dummy and played a blinder.... every time someone went down it had to be a foul!?
Anyways, we move on to a tough midlands fixture next week where stats usually go against us - perhaps we can reverse the trend like Creeping Crawlers did today? I'm not sure I'll hold my breath.
MT should be scratching his head tonight. Any more hiccups like this, and those Arab owners might have something to say about scratching that monotone head whilst it's rolling...

First half we were up for it.
The second,we looked like we were running out of steam.
Could of won 6 4,but as it turned out we can be a little relieved with a 0 0.
Not good enough.
McCormick has come along recently, played well.Another day may of scored 2.
The defence battled and kept concentration pretty well, just as well with Crawley becoming more and more dominant.
Subs made no impact. Scott could of won us the game, but seemed to aim for the old Tote End clock, rather than the goal.
Once that front footed, super competitive, battling ,tackling and running Rovers slacks off,we look really quite poor. Incapable of stringing a few passes together.Very beatable.
Crawlys second half performance showed us how to move the ball, from defence,to middle and flanks then upfront.
Joe Barton would of thought fair play to the Red Devils second half display.
More of the first 45 minutes please Matt.

Scott could of won us the game, but seemed to aim for the old Tote End clock, rather than the goal. What was he trying to do? Looked like he was in two minds whether to lob the keeper or just belt it goalwards, and ended up doing both.
