I'm not following/supporting/quoting any political party over leaving the ECHR. It's just my personal opinion.
It's original role has been overtaken by time and events. It no longer serves the purpose for that which was intended. We should have a British Court of Human Rights. If our politicians and lawyers are unable to deliver that then we might just as well give up as a country.
You have greater faith in current politicians of all spectrums to do that with honesty, integrity and respecting the rule of international law and agreements that we have signed up to Nobby.
What rights in the ECHR do you feel need changing?
I am no lawyer, so I'm not getting into that world thank you very much.
