Good question, but that hasn't happened. It could well happen, and Im not saying it wont. But it's hasn't, so your are talking hypothetically here, and creating another disaster movie in your heads that Trump will cause. I will say tho, as I posted above. He ran on making American great again..not us, or any part of Europe! I supported him based on worldwide security, based on a four year past track record. He is not our president. If he f**ks us over due to Starmers words, then I will not encourage it..or be happy about it, but that will unfortunately be his strategy,or reaction to our worst prime minister ever actions. It's then up to us in the UK, not to vote for these dopey, bigoted and lying fools in our elections. I did my part in the summer to stop him...did you? I'm not creating anything in my head. Let's break it down in stages. You said "Personally I think Trump is going to hit us hard, and all created from Starmer and Lammy calling Trump Hitler" So, assuming what you think will happen actually happens, do you think the UK will be hit harder than other countries, the same as other countries, or less hard than other countries? You are playing semantics here. I personally think Trump will make Starmer and Lemmy hendry squirm and made them feel the price for calling him what they did during their first phone calls, and first meetings in January, and rightfully so. You can't call people Hitler and just get away with it.But it's what "lefties do"... as they are bullies. Left wingers are not all "lefties"..btw Given our special relationship with the USA and it's closest allie, I wouldn't think he will punish the UK anymore than Europe. But if he did then who's fault would it be? Our default Prime minister.

I wanted Trump to win because I think that he will bring peace to a World in turmoil, if he puts tariff's up ( for the whole World not just Britain) thats very sad but a small price to pay for our children and grandchildren to live in safety. I do think that Trump might take revenge on the labour politicians who abused him, sadly that will affect the rest of us in Britain too. But that would be all Trump's fault if he did...🥴 I don't want him to.But every action has a reaction. American Democrats saw that Tuesday.

This hasn't happened yet so it's hypothetical. But to go with the flow of the river you are sailing, and trying to lead me down - I don't think he will, as I know that Trump is not a ****! He will make an example of them no doubt..be it just behind closed doors.Hell,he may do with his words in public... I dont know. He of course could do it with this potential situation with Tariffs, which I doubt due to the close relationship between our counties. Again.. hypothetically speaking. I wouldn't be happy with him punishing the UK with tariffs, or nor do I encourage it.But if he does so it will only be to punish Starmer and Fat Lemmy in the public. Again, there fault! How would you personally respond if I called you a racist, bigoted...facist in public? I guess not very well for me. Trump I believe could publicly kill both of their careers here. - And rightfully so.

Trump has to treat everyone the same under WTO rules, nothing much Starmer or any British government can do to stop that.

Sorry, that's coming across a bit hysterical. There is no evidence to suggest they are building immigrant towns.

You can run, but you cannot hide. A cornerstone of Trump's economic policies was to impose Tariffs on imports. He stated almost from day one. And you supported him. So when he hits us with tariffs on our exports to the USA you can explain to the companies who have to take the hit. It's fair enough isn't it? Have the bollox to stand by what you promoted? Lying again. I never ONCE posted about him tariffs on here, please prove that I did? - I never supported one! I also got questioned on this by you twice, and said I wasn't interested in American domestic politics, only his policies on international safety. I've been consistent, and not irrational with my views in regards to Trump. Btw...my history button is above to prove me otherwise if you can't find it.👍 My bollocks are in my history page, care to find them in order to give them a tickle..?

The Farmers fight with this disgusting Labour Government is a vital one. I support the Farmers. Labour want the land, our beautiful countryside to build new immigrant towns. They will ruin England. The estimate is that in total 70,000 farms will be affected but at a rate of just under 500 per year. However, the tax does not start straight away and there are ways that most farmers, especially family ones can mitigate against that tax. The problem you have with farmers is that those who could benefit most from advice are the most unlikely to pay for it and the biggest will have mitigated anyway such as the likes of the Duke of Westminster. I have spoken to a number of local farmers in Cheshire, and offered to help them with planning and introduce respectable and trustworthy advisors who won't cost an arm and a leg, but they can't or won't do it. I have given help on a pro bono basis and they still won't act. Often its because there are older or even elderly brothers who won't talk about it, they have family who don't want to take on the farm, or they want to put it off to when they are 'ready'. That day never comes! The problem is also the fact that they are being represented by a man in the press who openly boasted that he went into farming to avoid paying inheritance tax.

Keir Starmer tells COP29 there will be new 'ambitious' climate target for UK..by Jenna Moon and Malu Cursino, with the BBC's climate team in London and Bakuichef.bbci.co.uk/ace/standard/1024/cpsprodpb/dd21/live/9a6e03a0-a0e9-11ef-8ab9-9192db313061.jpgSince coming to power in the summer, UK Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has made clear he wants the UK to return as a global leader on climate. As a sign of that he has used his first public address at COP29 to announce a new climate target for the UK - to reduce the country's emissions by 81% by 2035 against 1990 levels. But in a response to BBC's political correspondent Alex Forsyth he said the government does not want to tell people how to live their lives. The UK has already reduced its annual greenhouse gas emissions by around half since 1990, according to government figures, largely by switching away from coal and towards greener energy. But reducing the next chunk of emissions is going to be difficult to achieve without changes to the way people live the UK government's own independent scientists, the UKCCC, say, external. An elimination of petrol and diesel cars is required. There will also need to be a 20% shift away from meat and dairy products in the next five years, and less flying. Despite the evidence, on my count, he reiterated three times: "I am not going to tell people how to behave". Instead, he spoke of investing in clean technology and transport so that the choice of the British people to have greener lives becomes easier. Key takeaways from Starmer's COP29 address:Starmer said there are "two paths" on climate change, one of inaction and one that is "fixed firmly on the opportunities for tomorrow" He adds that this is an opportunity for investment, better jobs and developing the tech of the future Starmer used his first public address at COP29 to announce a new climate target for the UK - to reduce the country's emissions by 81% by 2035 against 1990 levels He outlined that in the first 100 days on government he has taken steps to close the UK's final coal power plant and scrap the ban on onshore wind When questioned by BBC's Alex Forsyth, he says he won't dictate how people live their lives but he is clear that reaching the ambitious clean power 2030 mission is vital He ended his speech saying there is a "race on for the next generation of jobs" in the renewable sector, concluding "I want to be in it and I want to win it"
