Because Reform is a company limited by Share Capital. Farage owns 55% of the called shares and Tice has 30%. That is a financial incentive. Lib Dems are a company limited by guarantee. There is no financial incentive. It's Trump style grifting by a couple of Charlatans who couldn't organise a welk stall on Weston beach. Supported by some of the most unsavoury people amongst us. You are grasping at straws in your attempts to have a pop at Reform. It's quite sad really. Hardly But you asked me and I told you

With four days to go, I've finally come out for Labour. Despite being very weak on women's rights, defence of Jews, and even social democracy, the Tory goverment must be deposed, and there isn't a better alternative. I'm sad that Starmer and Raynor are actually worse on key issues than Sunak and Badenoch, but I guess we have to rejoin to effect change.

I said a few weeks ago it won’t be a shop on every corner , it will be a mosque on every street Labour have said a large % of built homes will be social housing , and asylum seeker go straight to top of list Though they do seem choosy as to where they want to live , so hopefully nice places like the Cotswold won’t apeal .0 Though no doubt there won’t be any houses built anywhere near those in charge

Nigel Farage addresses big Reform rally in Birmingham..ichef.bbci.co.uk/news/800/cpsprodpb/vivo/live/images/2024/6/30/943548e7-edae-4ad3-9d3c-ddd8e1c5d8eb.jpgNigel Farage has taken to the stage at Reform UK’s rally in Birmingham, describing the event as the “thinking man and woman’s alternative to Glastonbury”. Discussing his U-turn on standing as a candidate earlier in the campaign - he had ruled it out but is now running in Clacton, Essex - Farage says his life in the four years since leaving frontline politics was "pretty good” and that he “earned more money than I have for 30 years”. Farage tells supporters he couldn't “stand aside” when he saw what the two main parties were offering and decided to “come out of retirement”. “Something is happening out there, something remarkable,” Farage goes on, saying he’s seen higher levels of support from young people for his politics than ever before. Nigel Farage rails against the media during rally speech..ichef.bbci.co.uk/news/800/cpsprodpb/vivo/live/images/2024/6/30/c3e52799-7928-4775-bde1-08e3224c4cfc.jpgFarage goes on to criticise media coverage of his campaign, including BBC News. Last night, he said he would “boycott” appearing on the BBC after claiming the audience for his Question Time appearance was "rigged", which the BBC refuted. Farage tells the hall he will campaign for the abolition of the BBC licence fee with "added vigour" after the election. He then describes a recent Channel 4 documentary – which uncovered people on Farage's campaign making racist and other offensive remarks – as a "put up job" and "gross". Farage has repeatedly claimed one of those filmed, Andrew Parker, was an actor. Channel 4 has categorically denied anyone was paid as part of the documentary. Turning to Reform UK candidates who have been caught making inappropriate comments, Farage says: “Have we had a few bad apples? "We have - but to my knowledge, no one involved in an organised betting ring is standing for us.” He says those candidates are “gone” and “we’ll never have them back”.

Rapturous applause for Nigel Farage at Reform UK rally..by Phil Mackie, Reporting from Reform UK event, in Birminghami.dailymail.co.uk/1s/2024/04/08/16/83364633-13284139-image-m-118_1712591016571.jpgReform UK said it had sold four and a half thousand tickets for today’s event and hundreds more paid on the door. Although they all had to walk past a small protest, most ignored the chanting. This was a slickly staged event in a venue more used to hosting pop and rock stars than politicians, but nonetheless the Reform faithful were treated to a selection of the party’s greatest hits on subjects like immigration, net zero, the NHS and the culture wars. There were loud boos for the other party leaders and the mainstream media, especially Channel 4 and the BBC. Cheers every time anyone used the phrase “common sense”. The most rapturous applause was for the headline act. The thousands who’d paid to come wanted to hear from the party leader Nigel Farage. As the lights dimmed, thousands of camera phones were switched to record, and fireworks lit up the stage. He shrugged off the last week’s difficulties, once again blaming them on establishment forces. With less than a week to go until polling, the purpose of today’s event was to keep the campaign’s momentum going. At the rally, the party faithful were certainly exhilarated, and it will hope the cheers at the NEC translate into votes on Thursday.

Ann Widdecombe makes case for Reform UK on Woman's Hour..ichef.bbci.co.uk/news/800/cpsprodpb/vivo/live/images/2024/7/1/182517aa-7a7b-4aa8-ac9c-d044280688c6.jpgOver on BBC Radio 4's Woman's Hour, Reform UK spokeswoman and former Conservative minister Ann Widdecombe is making a pitch to voters. Asked why women should vote for the party, she says Reform "believe quite fiercely in guarding women's spaces" like changing rooms and toilets from transgender people. "All places where women might feel vulnerable, and which hitherto we had taken for granted, would be protected from male invasion," Widdecombe says. She then says Reform supports childcare-improvement policies like introducing transferable tax allowances for households. Widdecombe says this would mean families would be taxed the same amount on a single income as they would as a shared household with two working parents if a woman chooses to leave work to raise children.

Vote tactically, says Sir Ed Davey..ichef.bbci.co.uk/news/800/cpsprodpb/vivo/live/images/2024/7/1/01e4d7fc-757a-47eb-aaed-daf5af271abc.jpgBack on solid ground, following his bungee jump earlier, Sir Ed Davey is urging people to vote tactically. He tells reporters “the Conservatives are very worried about the Liberal Democrats” across the south of England, and urges voters to “go onto those tactical voting websites” and “look at the reality”. “A vote for the Liberal Democrats is a vote to get rid of the Conservatives," he says. Davey is also asked about his party's plans to reverse Tory cuts to Bereavement Support Payments. He mentions how important such payments were for his own family and says he has to “fight for others” in similar situations. Asked how he plans to fund the policy, Davey says the Lib Dems would tax banks and technology giants, saying it's “reasonable” for them to “pay a bit more tax”.

Talking to women that I know this business of blokes going into womens changing rooms/toilets is making women feel vulnerable and angry....Reform could pick up votes from women as they are the only party not going along with this liberal lunacy.
