Sheds some new light on the matter. The two that threw punches at the Police should do time.

They would still be suspended at this moment [innocent or not] as GMP have referred themselves to the Police Complaints authority. Unlike Lee Anderson and Richard Tice who are trying to stir people up and don't understand the due process, the local Labour MP has met with the family [and GMP] and both he and they have asked for calm and to let due process take place without violent response. There you go Cheshire, absolutely

I've had enough of talking about this with you,as you said you come across as a weak minded buff*on. The moderators have asked that people to do not name call. Attack the post not the poster. What part of that do you not understand? I will actually apologize for that,as I took it as him calling me a weak minded buffoon ( which he may well have been, but he placed it nicely to cause confusion 😆) but looking back at it the way he wrote it probably was aimed at Tommy Robinson rather than myself. In my defense I was talking and reading, while typing at the time. And as stated before if I'm calling names or lied about then I will defend my name. Here I was wrong tho.👍

I understand that, but the police officer and female one have had their names smeared as racists on social media, and riots are happening in Rochdale because of these people attacking police in the first place. These officers in question careers are most likely over only for defending themselves by people not want to follow the law of our land at entry then striking out. The men that attacked police need to be sent to jail.

They broke a policewomen's nose, in addition to assaulting multiple police officers, and are now playing the victim with the help of an ambulance-chasing lawyer with previous for lying and misrepresenting. They are also putting their 'story' out in the public domain (including the claim that the mother was hit in the face and the claim that one of them has a cyst on the brain) in the full knowledge that they won't be held to account when substantial parts of this don't hold up to closer scrutiny. It is actually nauseating to here this lawyer talking about how 'traumatised' the family are and how they now want things to settle down - shame they didn't think about that before assaulting police officers, isn't it?

In a week when climate protestors were given up to five years, I want to them get long sentences for this. A bunch of thugs, with zero respect for the law.Zero. In the scenario these blokes don't do time, then it'll be yet more evidence of our authorities running scared of Islam. They look like they might be regulars down the gym and could'nt wait to prove it. Give the Bobbies a medal each. 5 years inside each, but I won't be surprised if they get away with it. Still,at least it'll win a few thousand more votes for Reform. Edit. You can clearly see the b'stard that got kicked in the head,is the one that broke the WPCs nose.No sympathy for that scum.Lock him up.

There you go Cheshire, absolutely Does 'due process' involve the lawyer being held to account when the claim that the mother was struck in the face falls apart, just like he wasn't held to account when making false claims about racism when trying to get elected in Birmingham? The lawyer has also claimed that one of them has a cyst on the brain as a result of the police officer's actions, which sounds highly dubious. The family and the lawyer are calling for calm while pushing their 'side' of the story at each and every opportunity, presumably hoping we overlook the fact that a policewoman's nose was broken.

It is time to stop pushing back against people who hate us and our values and who will play the victim card at each and every opportunity. Do you mean 'time to start pushing back' etc RITS,rather than "it is time to stop pushing back" etc that you typed?

See this is the media bias that I keep talking about.
Its disgusting to call the British people far right just due to them protesting against the establishment.
It isn't racist to be white and British, and there were many black and brown skinned patriots there today.
There was nothing Far right about today!

The Reform MPs know that and should refrain from commenting but of course, like localised trouble makers in Rochdale, they have their own agendas. It is very rare for police officers to lose their jobs even with some of the worst offences. The IPCC will look at all the evidence, even video can be seen from different viewpoints, but the officers should have been wearing cameras and these will give a full view of what happened as they should be constantly recording.

Seeing the demonstrators waving 'black lives matter' placards was just hilarious. Do they have any shame in trying to co-opt a separate political struggle for their own purposes?

I will happily put money on the claims that the mother was struck in the face and that one of them has suffered a cyst on the brain as a result both turning out to be complete bulls*it. Seeing the professional victim demonstrators waving 'black lives matter' placards was just hilarious. Do they have any shame in trying to co-opt a separate political struggle for their own purposes? Its embarrassing, and if I was Black I would be f******g outraged. So you are fully aware of what happened, have seen all the evidence and can make a judgement beyond all reasonable doubt? What if the police own recordings show that actually they weren't justified in doing what they did, will you still say they are guilty. I am not making any judgements until I know the full facts. You appear to be making judgements against the people when no one knows the full facts. Your post suggests you have already made a judgement and are not interested in due process, which of course you are entitled to do. I hope the women police officer recovers quickly and we find out what actually happens. Video does show the officers being attacked but I don't know what led up to that point or who struck first before it escalated. Until then I won't be making any sweeping judgements based on what little anyone knows yet.

I hope Reform MPs continue to shout, only louder. For too many years the silent majority have lacked a voice, now we have one. People are so desperately sick of Islam,Muslims and their hatred of all things British. They are also sick to death of being told 'hush' by the overbearing patronising insincere Left. Eg, BLM! My f**king ass!

That's all very well and good but both the lawyer and the family are putting highly dubious claims into the public domain, in the full knowledge that they won't be held to account if/when they subsequently turn out to be false. Part of the problem is that we have created an arrangement in which claims of racism are automatically accepted on the basis of the victim's perception. The lawyer has no grounds for claiming that the police officer would not have acted in the same way if the victim/perpetrator had been white. It's no surprise that officers are now leaving the police force in droves. After what happened in Birmingham. I find it staggering that this lawyer is still allowed to practice. However, perhaps I shouldn't be - lying and misrepresenting are virtually job descriptions for his 'profession'. I don't condone what the police officer did. But if he just witnessed one of these thugs break a female colleague's nose, then I fully understand why he acted the way he did.

I am with Cheshire Apart from the parties involved nobody knows the full details. Like the mother of the two men involved has said, calm down and let the investigation take its course.

You're not going to make the judgement that attacking a female police officer is never justified, except in absolutely the most extreme of circumstances?
