Well I suppose BRFC may not of paid,they ( WAQ) would probably know. Don't certain Gasheads get the news,interviews etc sooner than others if they are a member of something or another? Pay and you get to know sooner. I'm no fan of it by the way, it's just the way of the world. Not forgetting JB will be donating subscription money to a charity of his choice So that's something. |

Some money going to charity or not - and he hasn't stipulated what percentage, or which charity - the fact that just one penny goes to the current manager of my football club is enough to want me to have nothing to do with it.
Don't do Twitter, but if I did his free account is the last one I'd ever subscribe to.

My point is that Barton is a contracted employee of BRFC and this is BRFC business, why should we need to personally pay Barton for news of BRFC business activity in advance of it being made public to Rovers fans through normal BRFC channels. I know you are staunch Barton, but surely you can see this is wrong?. |

It does annoy me when people exaggerate ... I've told a million people a million times not to exaggerate. Thing is, as I've said before, the fact that JB is getting a penny means I don't want anything to do with it. However, I suppose that say the likes of: Refuge; Women's Aid; UNICEF; The Refugee Council; City of Sanctuary; Refugee Action; DEC; Big Issue; Food Banks, and the Red Cross, are able to receive a bit of money out it, then that's not a bad thing. |
