Ron Davies: The former Wales and Southampton striker in Erling Haaland's sights..By Gareth Vincent, BBC Sport Wales.ichef.bbci.co.uk/onesport/cps/800/cpsprodpb/C05B/production/_129734294_pa-4708562.jpgRon Davies topped the English First Division goalscoring charts in 1966-67, ahead of Sir Geoff Hurst and Jimmy Greavesichef.bbci.co.uk/ace/standard/480/cpsprodpb/4957/production/_129757781_bbc-sport-index-imagery-2-split-images-gradient-fbb56d62-b0b4-4dca-8de3-53c2f275aa57.pngIn Erling Haaland's season of landmarks, the next player in his sights is a Welshman once described by Sir Matt Busby as the finest centre-forward in Europe, but who ended up living in a mobile home in New Mexico. Ron Davies scored 37 First Division goals for Southampton in the 1966-67 season, a tally not matched by any player in the English top flight since. Haaland has 36 Premier League goals to date in his extraordinary debut campaign at Manchester City, and has the chance to draw level with - or even overtake - Davies when Pep Guardiola's team meet Chelsea on Sunday. at 16:00 BST The 22-year-old Norwegian has played only 33 top-flight league games so far, whereas Davies' 37 strikes came in 42 matches. Nevertheless, there are some who feel Davies' feats were more impressive. "I know I am biased," says Duncan Holley, official historian of Southampton Football Club, "but Haaland has done what he has done in a very successful team, and having played at the top level in Germany. He is no novice. "Ron was in his first season playing top-flight football and it was Southampton's first ever season at that level. "We were fighting relegation until the penultimate game of the season. I would argue what Ron did was a greater achievement." Davies, from Holywell in Flintshire, began his career at Chester before spells at Luton Town and then Norwich City, where he impressed against Southampton in the old Second Division. Boss Ted Bates paid a then club record fee of £55,000 to take Davies to the south coast following Southampton's promotion in 1966. It proved a masterstroke, as Davies scored 153 goals in 281 appearances for the Saints over seven years. ichef.bbci.co.uk/onesport/cps/800/cpsprodpb/15C9B/production/_129734298_shutterstock_editorial_3771272a.jpgTed Bates was the manager who brought Ron Davies to Southampton

Erling Haaland: Man City striker wins Premier League player and young player awards..ichef.bbci.co.uk/ace/standard/240/cpsprodpb/854F/production/_129872143_hi084841741.jpgManchester City's Erling Haaland has become the first player to win the Premier League player and young player of the year awards in the same season. The 22-year-old striker's 36 goals have seen him break the Premier League record for most goals in a season. Overall, he has scored 52 goals during the campaign. "I am honoured to have become the first player to win both awards in the same season - thank you to everyone who voted for me," said Haaland. Haaland, who received the most combined votes from the public and a Premier League panel, joined City from Borussia Dortmund last summer and has helped the club win a third successive top-flight title. He has already been named the Football Writers' Association (FWA) men's footballer of the year. "It has been an incredible first season in the Premier League and lifting the trophy last weekend in front of our fans at the Etihad was a very special moment for me," added the Norway international. City are also on course for the Treble as they will face Manchester United in the FA Cup final on 3 June before playing Inter Milan in the Champions League final on 10th June. "These awards would not have been possible without my amazing team-mates, the manager and all of the staff at the club who help me perform on the pitch," said Haaland. "Now we have two more finals to go and we want to finish the season strong."

Erling Haaland wins Golden Boot, but what records could he break in the future?..ichef.bbci.co.uk/onesport/cps/800/cpsprodpb/1670E/production/_129881919_erlinghaaland.jpgIt has looked a formality for a long time but Erling Haaland's status as the Premier League's Golden Boot winner for 2022-23 is now official. The Manchester City forward scored 36 goals in 35 appearances to finish as the league's top scorer in what has been an incredible first season in English football. Haaland has broken numerous scoring records along the way to becoming City's first Golden Boot winner since Sergio Aguero in 2014-15. Among those records, he has scored the most goals in a single Premier League season, breaking the 34-goal mark shared by Alan Shearer and Andrew Cole for almost three decades. "He lives for goals, that is what his life is about," said Shearer. "He works on scoring goals every single day. "He wants to go out on a Tuesday night, Wednesday night or a Saturday or a Sunday and get goals. Goals, goals, goals, they are his life, as they were mine. "It's all you think about 24/7 and it is all you want to do. I love his attitude, you can tell that he is so hungry, and how much a goal means to him, and I admire that so much." What other records could Haaland break?ichef.bbci.co.uk/onesport/cps/800/cpsprodpb/15733/production/_129895878_graphic1.jpgBut a player as driven as Haaland will only want to get better and better, so what other records are potentially in his sights? Dixie Dean's 63 goals in all competitions remains an English top flight record. Haaland has so far managed 52 goals overall this season and - barring hugely prolific displays in the FA Cup and Champions League finals - it seems likely Dean's 95-year record will remain intact. It also underlines just how incredible Lionel Messi's 73 goals in the 2011-2012 season was - a tally that seems insurmountable. Looking longer term, however, Haaland may be eyeing up Shearer's all-time Premier League record. The former Blackburn and Newcastle striker tops the scoring chart with 260 goals from 441 games. If Haaland maintains his current scoring rate then he could potentially surpass that total within six seasons. ichef.bbci.co.uk/onesport/cps/800/cpsprodpb/10913/production/_129895876_graphic.png'He has been unstoppable'Haaland was undoubtedly a nightmare for any defender to face this season, as one slip of concentration would be punished to devastating effect. "What a season he has had, he has been unstoppable," Brentford defender Ben Mee said on MOTD2. "He scored an incredible amount of goals. "He is very close to the whole package. His movement is incredible. More often than not someone slides him through and he is on goal. He is deadly." Former Manchester City defender Micah Richards added: "People were saying Haaland would not fit into the squad but his runs in behind create space. "He had to adapt to Manchester City but City had to adapt to him. "It has been the perfect match."

'You have to live different, that’s how it is'
Man City v Man Utd (Saturday 3pm) Erling Haaland's fame has also come with some privacy challenges, but the Manchester City forward tries to embrace these changes. "Of course I could just wish I could walk into wherever I want without anyone filming me but that’s not possible, that’s not how it is," he said. "But again, that’s my life – I cannot complain about how things have turned out. When I was young I wanted to become a professional footballer and the best in the world and the price comes with that. "If you’re going to be that there are certain things to do different. You have to live different, that’s how it is – I’m not complaining." Does he believe he is the best goalscorer in the world right now? "I don’t want to answer that – I think someone else should answer that. I scored the most goals this season so that’s a good start," he said. But the star admits that he still has "a lot" of improving to do. What would an improved Haaland look like ? ichef.bbci.co.uk/live-experience/cps/624/cpsprodpb/vivo/live/images/2023/6/2/30d63939-fc7c-45ac-bd57-7ccf7e10a48c.jpg

Erling Haaland: Manchester City striker 'will do everything for Treble'..ichef.bbci.co.uk/ace/standard/240/cpsprodpb/C95A/production/_129964515_hi084841718.jpgManchester City striker Erling Haaland says he "will do everything" to help the club to a historic Treble. City have won this season's Premier League and can add to that if they beat Manchester United in the FA Cup final on Saturday and Inter Milan in the Champions League final on 10 June. United won each of those trophies in 1999 and are the only English club to have done such a Treble. "It would be unreal to make this history," said 22-year-old Haaland. Despite City's domestic dominance, they are yet to win the Champions League and Haaland hopes he can be the missing piece to secure success in European football's biggest tournament. "This is why they bought me of course, to get this, we don't have to hide that," Haaland told BBC sports editor Dan Roan. "It would mean everything. I will do everything I possibly can to try to make it happen. It's my biggest dream and hopefully dreams do come true." He added: "But as well it's not easy - it's two finals against two good teams that will do everything they can to try to destroy that. "They will be motivated, they will be ready and we have to play at our best, because if we play at our best we have a really good chance of achieving exactly that." City overtook Arsenal this season to win a third Premier League title in a row under manager Pep Guardiola. "We've been chasing the whole season so when we won the Premier League it was a big relief," said Haaland, who scored 36 top-flight goals this season. "Now we've got two finals left and now the only thing we can focus on is these two finals before the vacation." 'I'm 196cm tall and have got long blonde hair - people are going to see me'Haaland has had a stunning first season in English football since joining City from Borussia Dortmund last summer. He has broken the Premier League record for most goals in a season with his tally and, overall, has scored 52 goals during the campaign. The Norway international has been named the Football Writers' Association (FWA) men's footballer of the year and is the first player to win the Premier League player and young player of the year awards in the same season. Haaland's exploits have made him one of the most recognisable players in the game and he says his way of dealing with the fame is to embrace it. "It's nice, it means I've done something right," said Haaland. "My life has changed of course, I can't live so normally any more. That's how my life is, I can't complain. "I try to enjoy every single moment of it and that's how it is. "I'm 196cm tall and have got long blonde hair so wherever I go people are going to see me. So that's how my life is. What can I do? "There's nothing I can do, that's my life. I just have to try to enjoy it as much as I can. Try to relax when I'm home with good people around me, that's really important. Just try to enjoy my life." Haaland believes he has improved "a lot" this season but that he can get better "from my right foot to my left foot to my heading, from the build-up play - everything". "I've been developing in a really positive way and that's really important for me because I'm still really young," he said. "I'm 22, I've got a long career ahead of me and I still have to develop. That's also something I was thinking of over one year ago when I was thinking about my next move." Haaland knows Manchester United will be "motivated" as they will not only want to beat their local rivals to add to their Carabao Cup success this season, but also stop City from matching their Treble. "It will not be an easy game," said Haaland. "We have to play our game. We have to not think too much, we have to focus on ourselves and we have to play the game we should play. "In the end we'll see. It's a 90-minute football game and the ones who do it best in these games can win."

'I’m an emotional guy'..ichef.bbci.co.uk/live-experience/cps/624/cpsprodpb/vivo/live/images/2023/6/2/4529eb44-f984-4681-b218-f0aaa64b561f.pngWhile he has a Terminator-like reputation on the pitch, Erling Haaland says he tries to "smile" and enjoy his success off the field as much as he can. "Of course, before games, after games, yes. But in the game, no," he said when asked if he is an emotional person. "Then I just try to do my job to help the team win. "Of course in my first home game I was looking around like, ‘wow, this is amazing'. "You can see me sometimes, or probably often, I try to smile as much as I can because it’s a good thing to have fun and to smile. "I’m an emotional guy and I love to have the people that I love around me, to enjoy the moments with me and to help me make me a better player and a person." 'It would be unreal to make this history'..Erling Haaland says it feels "really good" for Manchester City to be on the verge of winning the treble - but warned United will be "motivated" to stop them. City can become the first side to win the Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League in the same season since United in 1999. "It’s a really good feeling," Haaland said. "Of course we’ve been chasing the whole season so when we won the Premier League it was a big relief. "Now we’ve got two finals left and now the only thing we can focus on is these two finals before the vacation. It would be unreal to make this history. I will do everything I can to make this kind of history. But as well it’s not easy – it’s two finals against two good teams that will do everything they can to try to destroy that. Pep is 'best manager in the world' - Haaland..ichef.bbci.co.uk/live-experience/cps/624/cpsprodpb/vivo/live/images/2023/6/2/141f4e14-4573-440a-98e1-9c0d09bc3911.jpgErling Haaland says his improvement this season is because of the "best manager in the world" - Pep Guardiola. "A lot on the manager and also people in the club, around the club, people working with me every day – physios, trainers," said Haaland. "Also the people around me, who keep on developing me on and off the pitch and make things as easy as possible in my life to perform on the pitch. "When you see my game, I’ve been developing in a really positive way and that’s really important for me because I’m still really young, I’m still 22, and I’ve got a long career ahead of me and I still have to develop. "That’s also something I was thinking of over one year ago when I was thinking about my next move, about how I can develop even more and become an even better player. I’ve been developing in the right way." What makes Guardiola so special? "It’s different person to person or player to player because everyone is different," added the City striker. "Everyone maybe needs a different approach, how to handle things or how to develop. "For me it’s about small details. Of course I have my own game and I should keep on doing why they bought me. I should keep on doing the things I’ve been doing before - what they saw when I played for another club. "But about small details, what to do here or there. What to do differently maybe in these kind of situations. He [Guardiola] sees things other people don’t see."

'He’s a really important guy in my life'..ichef.bbci.co.uk/live-experience/cps/624/cpsprodpb/vivo/live/images/2023/6/2/8485dad5-31ba-4edd-b860-f6ecdc31ac4d.jpgErling Haaland has paid tribute to his father Alfie as being a key inspiration for his success. Haaland senior played for Manchester City between 2000 and 2003, following spells at Nottingham Forest and Leeds United. He also won 34 caps for Norway. "It’s special for him to have played in the same club," said Haaland junior. "He’s a really important guy in my life. "He’s my father and he’s also a really good friend, we joke a lot, we have a lot of fun. We enjoy joking around together, we enjoy ourselves in the same company and that’s a really important thing. I’ve got a really good relationship with him and he’s supporting me a lot. ichef.bbci.co.uk/live-experience/cps/624/cpsprodpb/vivo/live/images/2023/6/2/db3aa4df-fd65-4cd7-bb10-944338aa0311.jpgErling Haaland has scored 36 goals in 35 appearances for Manchester City to finish as the league's top scorer in what has been an incredible first season in English football. But how does forward unwind and take a step back from the game? "Normally I want to do something because when I’m in the season I’m focused and I just cannot sit still not doing anything so normally I want to do a bit," he said. "I work a little bit, sometimes in the gym, a bit of treatment. You try to relax your head as much as you can. "It’s really important, that’s what I do when I come home. I watch a lot of football but you can also disconnect from football by watching football, watching others play football. It’s really important to rest the mind, the body of course, but especially the mind."

'I’m a simple guy'..ichef.bbci.co.uk/live-experience/cps/624/cpsprodpb/vivo/live/images/2023/6/2/a8028e90-8e16-40ef-8ce4-7a57f607581f.jpgConfidence and a love of scoring goals are key to becoming a top striker, says Erling Haaland. Haaland has scored 52 goals in 51 matches for Manchester City this season, and he says that not getting down about the rare games he hasn't netting in is the key to his sensational form. "For me that’s easy," he said. "When I do something, a nice thing, I often want more of it. When I score a goal it’s like this feeling is so nice, I would love to do it again. "It’s easy really. I’m a simple guy – when I do something and I like it, I want to do it more. "With the Premier League, I would love to do it again, because of the feeling. I would love to win more trophies, because of the feeling. Exactly the same with goals, exactly the same with winning games, because the feeling is so nice. It’s a natural thing. "For me it’s about restarting. Taking the confidence from the last game, no matter how it went. If you didn’t score, you take this confidence with you – OK I didn’t score last game, it’s more likely I’m going to score next game because it’s for me a big headline if suddenly I don’t score in a game because it’s so unusual suddenly. "But for me it’s about keeping the confidence and trying not to think too much, because when you think too much it’s not a good thing. I just try to go in the game and try to make the team as good as possible. And if the team plays good as a striker I will get chances and then when I get chances normally I score." 'People will understand how difficult it is in the next years'..ichef.bbci.co.uk/live-experience/cps/624/cpsprodpb/vivo/live/images/2023/6/2/ee2f0c9e-ebc8-4ff7-9bad-fb75c03261b1.jpgErling Haaland admits he did not realise how tough the Premier League would be when he first joined last summer. He thinks City deserve more credit for overhauling Arsenal in order to win the league title this season. "People will understand how difficult it is in the next years because I didn’t understand how difficult the Premier League was to win until I was actually in it and played the 38 games," he said. "That’s when I understand why people were so happy winning it last year, you could see it in their faces and that’s also why I was so happy, because I understood how difficult it was. "It’s also a nice thing when it’s so difficult and you achieve something we’ve been chasing Arsenal throughout the whole season and in the end we just passed through them, it was an unreal feeling."

City are heavy favourites for both the FA Cup and Champions League finals, but Haaland played down any idea that they will be able to cruise to a win over their Manchester rivals. "Every game against United is not easy because of the history," he said. "They will be motivated, it’s at Wembley, it’s a final. It will not be an easy game. "We have to not think too much, we have to focus on ourselves and we have to play the game we should play. In the end we’ll see. It’s a 90 minute football game and the ones who do it best in these games can win. "While we’re doing this interview I try not to think too much about it because overthinking is not a good thing. I tried to never overthink – that’s the most difficult thing in this world in 2023, not to overthink – so that’s what I try to do – I didn’t think of the final until you asked me about it so that’s how it is."

'I need to improve everything' - Erling Haaland..ichef.bbci.co.uk/news/800/cpsprodpb/5e3d/live/437bfb00-0690-11ee-9a29-53d86ddff55e.jpgErling Haaland owns the fact he was brought to England to help Manchester City win the Champions League - but is humble enough to accept he has a lot in his game that needs to improve. On the eve of Saturday's showpiece final with Inter Milan, Haaland told BBC Radio 5 Live, he can "think of everything" that he needs to get better. "I am still young and can improve a lot," he said. "There are a lot of things I can do as there is a lot to improve. "But I am in the perfect place, working with the best coach and the best players in the world. Pep is a details freak and all about developing them." The Norway forward has had a scintillating season, scoring 52 goals in 52 games for City. His desire though is to win the Champions League and he can recall the moment when he first decided he wanted to lift the trophy. "I have been dreaming about it as long as I can remember," he said. "It was around 2008, the final when Chelsea played Manchester United. When I saw the celebrations, I thought that I wanted to do that. "[Yes] I do listen to the theme song in my car. I love this competition - and it's a really nice song!" Surveying Haaland's career trajectory, Italian football expert James Horncastle said he could see similarities with another Scandinavian hero. "He has spoken about he looks up to Zlatan [Ibrahimovic]," said Horncastle. "Zlatan is one of one. But Haaland is really developing his charisma - and he's got that personality when you see him."

'Erling Haaland has a bit of Ibrahimovic about him'..Steve Crossman, BBC Radio 5 live in Istanbul.ichef.bbci.co.uk/live-experience/cps/624/cpsprodpb/vivo/live/images/2023/6/9/959de182-42c4-44f5-8349-58088f49cc32.jpgIs Erling Haaland the stand-out global superstar of this fixture? I think he is, which is incredible given five years ago he was playing in Norway and not even in the top flight. His rise has been meteoric. I think he is already approaching legend status because of the 50 goals he scored, but if you look back at the Man United treble season, the image that comes to mind is the two goals at the end against Bayern Munich. When City fans look back at a treble - if they get it - even though Erling Haaland's predominant glory has been in the Premier League, he may end up being the face of it. He's got a bit of Zlatan Ibrahimovic about him - a big guy with a glint in his eye.

'I'm not stressed - I feel really good' - Erling Haaland..ichef.bbci.co.uk/news/800/cpsprodpb/43ba/live/808455c0-06f3-11ee-aa42-79ae2fdd1e8c.jpgErling Haaland is not concerned about his form before the Champions League final on Saturday. The striker has scored 52 goals in his first season for Manchester City, breaking a number of records in the process. Despite scoring just one in his last seven appearances, Haaland insists there is nothing to worry about and he is not feeling the effects of a long season. "You can think of it as one goal in seven games or 52 goals in 52 games and eight assists," said the Norway international. "You can think of it in both ways. I'm not stressed. I feel really good." Before his arrival there were suggestions the 22-year-old could take time to adapt and, despite scoring 27 goals before the end of December, it was reckoned his presence could be hampering City with results being inconsistent at that point in the campaign. "I think often it's a good thing when people start criticising you," he said. "I scored every single game and then people started criticising me. That's what happened basically. "When people criticise you it's normally a good thing. It's just about trying to smile a bit and enjoy life. Although Haaland feels he has exceeded his own expectations in his first season with City, he still feels he could have done better. "No, I didn't expect to score this many goals but, again, I could have scored more," he added. "I've been missing a lot of chances, so I could have scored more. That's the truth."

Manchester City striker Erling Haaland scored twice as Norway secured a routine home win in their Euro 2024 qualifier against Cyprus.ichef.bbci.co.uk/onesport/cps/800/cpsprodpb/84D6/production/_130160043_erlinghaaland.jpgManchester City striker Erling Haaland scored twice as Norway secured a routine home win in their Euro 2024 qualifier against Cyprus. Haaland scored 52 goals in all competitions for City in 2022-23 as they won the Treble of Champions League, Premier League and FA Cup. Norway took an early lead against Cyprus through Ola Solbakken's goal. Haaland converted a penalty and scored again four minutes later, before Grigoris Kastanos pulled a goal back. Haaland's second and Norway's third was set up for him by Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard. Norway have not qualified for a major tournament since Euro 2000 and made a poor start to this campaign as they bid to reach next summer's Euro 2024 in Germany. They lost 3-0 in Spain, drew 1-1 in Georgia and were beating Scotland on Saturday before conceding two late goals to lose 2-1 to Steve Clarke's side.

Erling Haaland: What records can Manchester City striker break this season?..By Emlyn Begley, BBC Sport.Erling Haaland broke all, well most of, the Premier League goalscoring records in his first season in England - so what can he do this season? The Norway forward scored a record 36 goals in 35 league games to win the Golden Boot - and netted 52 goals, a record for a Manchester City player, in 53 games in all competitions. He never looked back after his opening games, where he smashed many of the records for fast goalscoring starts in the Premier League that had been set back in 1992-93 by Coventry City's Mick Quinn. Haaland also helped City win the Treble of Premier League, Champions League and FA Cup. What records can be break in 2023-24? Premier League record ?ichef.bbci.co.uk/onesport/cps/800/cpsprodpb/15733/production/_129895878_graphic1.jpgHaaland's 36 goals took him past the long-standing joint records of Alan Shearer and Andrew Cole, who scored 34 each in the first three seasons of the Premier League - when teams played 42 games. Mohamed Salah's tally of 32 had been the record for players in the 38-game era. The remarkable thing is Haaland, 23, could have scored more and will now have his eyes on breaking his own record. The Leeds-born Norwegian only played 35 games, starting 33 - fewer than Shearer, Cole or Salah in their campaigns. He featured in 82% of the minutes of City's 2022-23 league campaign - compared with 99% for Harry Kane at Tottenham or 96% for Salah at Liverpool. City left the goal machine on the bench for their final-day defeat at Brentford, with the FA Cup and Champions League finals in mind. So if he can get more minutes this season, he may well score more goals. Haaland will also be confident of becoming the quickest player to 50 Premier League goals. Cole holds the record with 65 appearances - which Haaland would break if he nets 14 times in his next 29 games. Can he break a Dixie Dean landmark ?upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/d/d0/Dixie_Dean.jpgEven by Haaland's superhuman scoring rate, there is one landmark he probably won't be catching. Dixie Dean hit an unprecedented 60 top-flight goals for Everton in 1927-28 - Haaland fell 24 goals short of that last season. But he might have a chance at beating Dean's 63 goals in all competitions that season, which is a record for an English top-flight player. Haaland scored 52 goals in his debut campaign with City, second only to Dean - but at one stage it looked as if he might break it. The former Borussia Dortmund striker was on 50 goals with 10 games for City left, but only netted twice in that time. Finish the season stronger this time and he might well do it. But he would have to really up that scoring ratio to catch Lionel Messi's 73 goals in all competitions for Barcelona in 2011-12. Manchester City record ?Haaland is already City's record goalscorer in a season, passing Tommy Johnson's 94-year mark of 38 goals back in March. Another season like last year would put him in City's all-time top 20, but he needs another 80 to crack the top 10. Champions League record ?Haaland has scored 35 goals in just 30 Champions League appearances, putting him joint-21st in the competition's history - including the old European Cup. He has managed more than a goal a game for his three clubs (eight in six for Salzburg, 15 in 13 for Dortmund and 12 in 11 for City). Seven players have managed more than his two Golden Boots and if Haaland finishes top scorer a third time, only Cristiano Ronaldo, Messi and Bayern Munich legend Gerd Muller would be above him. He has the records for fewest games needed to score 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 Champions League goals - and will surely break the record for 40 goals too. The current holder of that feat is Ruud van Nistelrooy, who took 45 games to reach that landmark. Haaland would need 15 goals to reach 50 - which Van Nistelrooy took a record 62 games to reach. The most Champions League goals in a season remains Cristiano Ronaldo's 17 in 11 games in 2013-14. ichef.bbci.co.uk/onesport/cps/800/cpsprodpb/15973/production/_123953488_ruudvannistelrooy.jpgRuud van Nistelrooy

He is nine off Jorgen Juve's national record of 33 goals scored between 1928-1937. Norway have six games scheduled before the end of November - and will have more next year.

I signed him for Unterhaching from RB Salzburg for £6M in FIFA 19. Scored something like 78 goals in s season helping Haching to complete the treble of BL2 with 37 wins and a draw, the DFB Pokal and the Europa League. Even at 19 EA games clearly earmarked him as an exceptional talent. A beast and a machine combined……
