Leah Croucher: Suspect in teen murder case is deceased.Police suspect a convicted sex offender, who died three years ago, murdered teenager Leah Croucher. This week unidentified remains and personal items belonging to the 19-year-old were found in the loft of a Milton Keynes property. Thames Valley Police said Neil Maxwell, 49, who was found dead two months after Miss Croucher's disappearance, had a history of offences against women. Just two for you Well my historian reference (an actual historian by profession) absolutely slaughtered the Holding book. In it's current publication I think it would be wise to "take it off the shelves".Maybe an accurate second edition could be published. Was Holding jumping on the BLM bandwagon? Imo ,absolutely yes. What's the use of inaccurate history to anyone? Afraid to say,it's not uncommon to read/hear about murderers not being able to pick up their prescription or they're refusing to take their meds,even if it is a pathetic excuse. Yes,this could be murderers from any race or culture,but as knife crime murders is often associated with people where carrying a knife is a culture thing. I admit my "language" could less harsh at times I could show some etiquette and empathy. |

Stratford stabbing: Woman dies and another is injured..
A woman has died and another has been injured after a stabbing at a residential property in east London.
The Metropolitan Police said officers were called to Windmill Lane in Stratford, Newham, about 03:35 BST.
Two women with "stab injuries" were found at the property and one, aged in her 50s, was pronounced dead at the scene, the force said.
The other woman, aged in her 30s, was taken to hospital where her condition was not thought to be life-threatening.
The force said "urgent inquiries" to trace a man who was "believed to be known to both women" were ongoing.
Ch Insp Lisa Parker said: "My thoughts and sympathies are with both of these women as well as their friends and family.
"I know that people in Newham, and in particular those in the Stratford area, will be shocked and concerned by this tragic incident.
"I share their concern, and can assure them that specialist detectives are working at pace to identify and arrest whoever was responsible.
"Local officers will be patrolling the area, and I urge anyone with information or concerns to speak with those officers. They are there to protect and support you."

Breaking News: One dead and Arsenal player hurt in Italy stabbing..
One person has died and at least four others have been injured - some seriously - in a stabbing in a supermarket near Milan, northern Italy, reports say.
They say an employee of the Carrefour supermarket died after a man started attacking people in the town of Assago.
Among the injured was Pablo Mari, a football player on loan from Arsenal.
A 46-year-old suspect has been detained. The motive for the attack is not yet clear.
The attacker has had mental health problems, the reports in Italian media say.
Mari, a 29-year-old Spanish defender, joined Arsenal from Brazilian side Flamengo in January 2020. He has only played 19 times for the Gunners and is currently on loan with top flight Italian club Monza.
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta said: "I just found out. I know Edu [Arsenal technical director] has been in touch with his relatives. He's in hospital but he seems to be okay."
In a tweet, Monza CEO Adriano Galliani said: "Dear Pablo, we are all here close to you and your family, we love you, keep fighting as you know how to do, you are a warrior and you will get well soon."
