Should have added right back. Looks like he can tackle at least.

Geraint 'George' William' could certainly tackle.
Hopefully George is as good a player.
Apparently he scored in that 3 3 we had at MK Don's.I was there, but can't remember the MK goals.

I would now let Little go and keep Josh Hare. I assume Little out of contract at end of season, so if no one wants him does he drop out of the squad?

Bristol Rovers have signed MK Dons defender George Williams on a permanent deal for an undisclosed fee.
Williams, 27, was set to be out of contract at the end of this season and moves to the Memorial Stadium to reunite with former boss Paul Tisdale.
Rovers have not disclosed the length of the versatile defender's contract.
"George's experience and understanding of this level will be a bonus for us, with a number of promotions on his CV," Rovers manager Tisdale said.
Played for Worcester, Barnsley, Barrow & MK Dons - Pld 279 games, Goals 7, will be 28 in April.

I am encouraged by Tisdale signing an experienced ex-cronie and especially as they didn't appear to want him to go.
The local MK article is being mischievous by saying he has a lucrative deal with Rovers, jealousy, who cares.
It gives us better balance and a chance for Ehmer to play in a 3 at the back possibly. Now we can bin Little.

Well will be a bit of a contrast stadium wise but when crowds are allowed back a full house will welcome him as the stadium he's leaving is fab but somewhat soulless.

is there any strength in the rumour of a Blackpool striker getting on board, seen a snip somewhere but cannot now find it?

Great to ee another George Williams not as good as David mind you !
G W scored for MK against Rovers in the 3 3 draw in 2016. Has played six times against the Gas.
Has a Sports science degree like Alex Rodman.

Gnanduillet.A very good striker and I'm afraid a bigger club will beat us to his signature.

On 18th January Sam Frost reported Rovers have not totally given up on French striker Gnanduillet.Imo,he would bea very very good signing indeed. Championship clubs are after his signature apparently.

I don’t like this idea of him gazzumped by another Tis type player. i don’t like Tis choice of player, Upson, Leahy etc. They make too many mistakes for me. I also don’t know why some of you rave about Nicholson.

I also don’t know why some of you rave about Nicholson. We have to accept when a manager doesn't fancy a player even if we like them. I agree that Hare is a better crosser than most in the league, but I think Tis feels he is found wanting in defence, maybe against pacey left wingers. Tutonda hasn't featured under him. I am not impressed by the effectiveness of Upson when we concede 3 goals like we did on Tuesday. Leahy is a better defender out of the glut of left backs we have, it's not a priority position. Nicholson is clearly a potential and proven match winner with brilliant skills, has lacked composure on occasion but was just hitting his stride and scoring when he got injured. We need a striker to take the strain off Hanlan. I would rather see Ogogo than Upson.
