The online petition was never intended to force the owners. Please do me a favour. I knew I had Bob Hope and No Hope of achieving anything through that route. It took 3 minutes to set up. As PP keeps saying and I have commented on, 50 invade the pitch, 200 boo from the terracing and the rest are having a pint in the Bar when it comes to protest. It did light the fuse paper somewhat. Curly Wurly literally melted. 😂 It's what happens if you offer a choice. Football forums - a great sport for the 21st Century. Rovers fans will soldier on accepting mediocrity, plus owners seem increasingly immune to fan hostility. See numerous clubs. Some of our supporters will be fiercely loyal and others delve into despair. Rich tapestry. What fans can do is collaborate to ensure that decisions are scrutinised and held up for discussion, even ridicule. It maybe painful, but we normally get there in the end. I am confident that we will have bigger things to chat about before the end of the month. But even that simple opinion will stir the scientists on the Forum. The only thing that keeps me sane is that there my view on the Stand was shared by others and I stand by the inference that it's all over with the AlQs. But your petition was a real dick move, admit it.

Fair play to Rovers, first time we've built something before seeking planning permission. A bold new move. A statement of intent from the owners pehaps... Maybe their next move is to build a 20,000 seater tent, zero f***s given.

I think D-Day is at hand and there will be someone else to moan about what an interesting way to look at it. Made me smile

I don't know why everyone is getting so worked up about old Board members. Here's an exclusive: It's not Con Stevens. Surely nobody wants any of the old guard back?

Some of them are coming back.
No, I won't be launching an online petition, even though Wael Bin Standen might sign this as well (note Curly Wurly)
Meltdown awaits.
I am only interested in UWE or equivalent. I will only believe when I see the diggers.

Have you mentioned that to anyone at the club? If it's that dangerous it needs sorting.

I don't know why everyone is getting so worked up about old Board members. Here's an exclusive: It's not Con Stevens. Maybe because they took high interest loans that nearly made us bust. That they took Sainsbury's to court costing us money, knowing we were going to lose. Could it be because they agreed a bad deal with Uwe and might rush into signing it this time. Or maybe it's because they took us to the conference. They didn't do any ground improvements for years, which is why we have been trying to do lots of minor things over the last year or so, but it makes little difference. The fact they lied to us on many occasions. No I'm really stuck for reasons why fans might worry if they are involved!!

1. Some of them are coming back. 2. No, I won't be launching an online petition, even though Wael Bin Standen might sign this as well (note Curly Wurly) 3. Meltdown awaits. 4. I am only interested in UWE or equivalent. I will only believe when I see the diggers. 1. If true, I have misgivings as i. The previous board severely mismanged matters on and off the field ii. They don't have enough money to take the club forward on or off the field.
Being positive, let's hope they are bringing some serious new investors along and they have learned from the lessons of the past.
2. Like I say, it was a dick move.
3. Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose
4. I'm only interested in Rovers

Are current owners are suddenly very attractive imo. What did Ed do whilst Higgs lead us out of the League? Naff all that I am aware of. Even if he did try to do something, it wasn't enough. Hope I never see or hear of the bloke again, or Bradshaw, King, Jelf or any of that group, they were all part of the worst BoD in Rovers' history.

Don't sit on the fence, BG.
It's all about deliverables. I will not forgive Higgs for not telling us that Sainsbury's had pulled out. Again, treating fans as idiots.
But, I believe that they are minor participants compared to the new owner.
Things maybe clearer next week.

But, I believe that they are minor participants compared to the new owner. Things maybe clearer next week. It's all about responsibility as far as I'm concerned. The BoD that took us out of the League share joint responsibility, that includes your mate Ware. Do you think he knew where we were with Sainsbury's? I suspect that he did.

Ed Ware is not my mate, although I knew him from Pres Club decades ago and he was a nice guy.
I also met Thereza Bazar from Dollar many years ago. I liked her as well. Infact I really liked her but she is not my girlfriend.

Infact I really liked her but she is not my girlfriend. It's a distraction, but doesn't deal with the problem that Ed may well have know where we were with the Sainsbury's deal, in fact, as he was part of the BoD and his share capital was being represented, I would imagine that he did know? So, you will now view him in the same way as you view Higgs?
