Firstly I couldn't give a toss whether GD wanted to go or wasn't allowed to go in the same score that I don't give a toss about KS and RJ and the he said, she said, hanky waving cat fighting that has been going on for the last 2 years. I mean really, eveyone needs to grow up on that score. I rather watch football and Rovers at that. The real hero in the Dunford family was Denis. He was the tenacious one who saved our club. GD reign as chairman was hardly graced with success. He narrowly avoided a drop to the conference, employed countless poor managers for 4 years, put the club up for sale, then had the gall to say he handed a promotion squad over to Rob Craig! All this and made a bucket from charging The club to use his other business interests. And when he did leave the board it was us relegated to the conference. What a legacy he left indeed. Higgs appointed Buckle, some Scottish bloke, and Ward, neither of them were brilliant, or even competant

Apologies if this has been mentioned before; when I saw this listed in the programmes it made me think what individuals have done to get on the list or not get on it, the politics involved, and whether it's largely down to timing ... Bristol Rovers FC Club Personal - 'Honorary Vice Presidents'. - As listed in the programme v Morecambe, 20/02/2016 = Bob Andrews / Ann Craig / Roy Redman / Vernon Stokes. - As listed in the programme v Hartlepool, 01/03/2016 = Bob Andrews / Barry Bradshaw / Ann Craig / Nick Higgs / Chris Jelf / Roy Redman / Vernon Stokes / Edward Ware. I'm fairly certain that a director has to serve for 5 years to become a VP. Ann Craig was made a VP in recognition of her husbands work following his passing. Those missing are GD, Rod King and David Brain but not sure if a SC rep qualifies. first 2 now reside in Box 6 - and for those asking Wael and Steve visited every box at first home game and introduced themselves to everyone present. First time that's ever happened in my 3 years in a Box.

We're soon going to run out of topics to discuss if these new owners keep this up. Come on Dr what else needs fixing ?
