You may be right but I guess, just tbf, we'll need to wait and see what they come out with. UTG! ps. But if they did produce a version of the match in some hard form then I would buy it just like all the other big occasions.👍 Me too but i will see if it happens. Just to add , the screen soccer guys had to go through the skips, to retrieve their kit. It really was an awful way to treat them, i can only think that the powers that be maybe thought they had some kind of allegiance with the SC or with those who allegedly worked behind Wael’s back. There was no need to chuck equipment away and arrangements could have been made Obviously I don’t know the detail and if that were the case then that would be poor. No reason not to treat everyone with respect. UTG!

Contract extended till 2026! I think it means that we mean business for the first time in our history - both this season and for the future. Like him, hate him, or even if you just slightly respect him for what he did here last season, the guy has a big name and wouldn't hang around if we never showed ambition. There must be something big around the corner, as us with a new stadium and our potential fanbase is something you could progress us to the premiership and he must be wanting to commit to the challenge.

“ First of all, big shout out to emperorsuperbus. WHO WAS RIGHT!!!!! You believed when nobody else did. You said we would do "A Bolton". You were mocked and ridiculed. You can have the last laugh, my friend You have my permission to wear your smug face. “ I wear it so well as well. 😇 But to be very honest though, I did doubt it along the way. I think losing at home to Swindon was the moment the majority of us doubted it would happen, and that was probably the moment of peak pressure on B*****. Extra time home to Oxford likely the lightning bolt of belief that brought the squad alive. Bolton is a good example from the previous, and we pretty much mirrored it. Firstly, a whole new team built, so many transfers in, secondly, the pre season punditry liked who we were buying. If I get a moment I will dig out that prediction thread, 442’s predictions, other media and betting firm predictions - for their predictions were not much out in the end, whilst, like Bolton, just after Christmas it looked like we were so far behind, as the team took a long time to gel. But when it did it was irresistible. Another example in my head, our first ever season in tbhe basement Luton came from miles behind us with a similar late run. I’m not feeling particularly smug because I did doubt it would happen. One thing in hindsight I think I was right about though, the five at the back wasn’t working at all, the switch to a consistent 4 at the back I think helped. We went up because Joey B***** was both excellent in the Transfer market (Elliott Anderson, what a signing) and excellent at sending his side out with complete believe and determination. It wasn’t won on the last amazing game of the season, it was won in our amazing last two months of the season, where we faced far sterner challenges than putting 7 past a shell shocked youth team. However, here’s a thought. Often when people get promotion and on such a good toll, the feeling is they may challenge the following season, at least no reason to get off to a bad start. But knowing how so many summer changes led to a long time to gel last season, a lot of churn around our team and squad going into next season could mean another slow start - you have lost key pieces of the jigsaw puzzle, and adding bits in is not so straight forward as it will now be a different picture. So I think it’s back to square one in terms of needing our patience.

Contract extended till 2026! That's me done then. A contract doesn’t mean that much nowadays. We’re he to get a bigger club interested then he would rightly listen plus we would get some money. It doesn’t mean he will be here that long, not at all and hang in there, keep fighting

Contract extended till 2026! That's me done then. The timing is odd. Why now? A very poor start to the season (quite possible, no-one knows) and the cost of releasing him from his contract has gone up massively. Why not deal with the contract extension after October 31st? It's not very likely we could be top 3 at Halloween and B***** is poached by a Championship side. I interpret this as a message that even if B***** is found guilty of assaulting his wife, Wael will stand by his man.

Not usually more than 12 months is it. I assume he has had a pay rise though. I understand to a degree Rovers protecting their asset. Court cases and past actions seem to bother clubs less and less now. Plenty of examples, of if they think someone will do a job, they will go and get them regardless and more and more fans will accept anything if their club wins a few football matches. it's only of their is significant fan outrage that anything happens otherwise Most recently I notice Luke McCormick was voted into a Plymouth Argyle wall of fame and that just made me want to vomit a little bit. No matter how good a player he may have been for them, to see him elevated in such a way is just...

You don't know how long JB will be at Rovers. It's clear he and Wael have a very good relationship, possibly backed up by a few bob £. As it stands he's signed on for about 200 more games.

I thought that the amount of severance pay was very much to do with the length of time left on the contract. Might be wrong though. I'm almost passed caring. Not quite at Angas level, but it's definitely getting closer.
