I was hugely disappointed but willing to give him a chance but as our missing friend emperorsuperbus pointed out, I have seen nothing to even come close, in thinking he can manage well let alone be responsible for probably our biggest change, in decades |

It is a 'fact' that it's not difficult to find on line conversations where people are complaining about Ticket Master's service charges. Now here's the thing, unless we have a deal with them whereby they've agreed to process and post these transactions at their own expense then they will be being paid out of money that previously would have been retained by the club. OK then, so maybe we've been able to let one or two members of staff go and the cost is offset there? That raises a different question, would we rather loyal staff were retained or funds were fed into Ticket Master? Then again, maybe staff have been reassigned. That would be fair enough, but as our marketing and communication are allegedly so brilliant, why would we want to outsource it? And again, as communication is now so brilliant it seems strange that they forgot to just add a simple line to mention something like, 'This latest collaboration to improve customer service will not result in any loss of employment for any of our valued and loyal staff'? Final thing, everybody likes facts, I've never met anybody who admits to wanting false information. |

After a random stranger gave me a stern lecture on his thoughts relating to B***** whilst I was walking my dog a few days back though, I'll pay more attention to whether I'm wearing anything bearing the club name or crest. |

Burning BRFC shirts / jackets / fleeces (last time I checked was around 40-50, let alone mugs, pint glasses, key rings, teddy bear replica home kit! etc etc ) would 1. Prove nothing to anyone. It certainly wouldn't make the Board 'sit up and listen'. 2. The branded clothing are all safely put away for a day when I'm comfortable to wear them again. 3. I've always bought BRFC merch through the years as it's a way of supporting the Club. Bit surprised you only have 1 item. But hey, I don't know your personal circumstances. When I'm asked what I want for birthday/Christmas, I point people towards the Rovers on-line shop. Well I did, right up to February 22nd. Union Berlin did well at the end of March on my 56th birthday. 4. I do not currently wear anything with Rovers branding. It's embarrassing to be associated with the Club at the moment. So I have temporarily suspended any association with the Club (apart from this forum, where I think I have made my feelings known). Withdrawing my financial support is the only meaningful thing I can do, however small that maybe. Though £180 saved on iFollow since February 22nd is a good start. I respect other people's views that they will support the Board and Mr B***** "whatever". I guess some people have a very different perspective to me when it comes to what constitutes a matter of principle. |

Sorry but stop trying to be superior, for want of a better expression.
It is the club that we support, it's the "going to the game" that we miss. After a year of near captivity one aspect of life I miss most.
Have you told the board what you are doing and why?
Wonder if you have ever broken your principles in any way in your life?
Even the simplest law like speed limit?
