Talking of broken clocks/records, Bus Boy, don't you get bored of your obsessive droning on about the manager? Look for the real reasons. The club is dysfunctional, top to bottom, but this manager being here is just horrible. It may have served a purpose had he have retained the club's League 1 status, but results got worse after he arrived. I just hope that the people who closed their eyes to keep their conscience blind and didn't speak out against his appointment think that lowering their standards to the gutter was worth it. Who are these people?

Apparently a fair few on gasshat doctor. Though we did have an infestation of them here a few months back. But they've (mostly) gone all quiet.

I'd rather like us to approach the Port Vale manager and see if he fancies joining us. I think he probably feels more at home working for the Port Vale owners who are ordinary people that have had to work hard to make their money in the same way that Darrell was essentially an ordinary footballer who had to work hard to make a decent career for himself as a player and manager. The essence of the problem we have at Rovers is that Wael never had to earn his money so doesn’t appreciate its true value and Barton was blessed with natural footballing ability but lacked the self discipline needed to fulfill his potential and has never worked hard enough on addressing that failing.

Joey saying after the game - and without irony - "if I could, I'd empty the whole building out and start again". Er, isn't that how this shambles began? Allowing Garner to completely dismantle a successful team? Admittedly, this team hasn't been successful, but re-cycling a scorched earth policy won't work.
Other teams in League Two next season will already have tight groups of players. If we're starting from scratch again in August, life is going to be difficult.
I think we have a number of players who have more than enough quality for League Two. The question is: do they want to be here? JAAKOLA, WESTBROOKE, RODMAN, WILLIAMS, HARRIES, UPSON, BARRETT, LEAHY. They need constructive coaching rather than rule by fear and public shaming.

Some of the more flair players, the ones were like most like Rodman. So many sick notes from so many. in terms of incomings Day is a cert with van struggledlot out of?

Watched the highlights and for the goal it seems like Jaakkola turns to Baldwin to indicate it took a slight deflection off him, which took it away from Ansii's grasp. Difficult to tell from the camera angle and distance.

Before kick-off Radio Bristol had an interview with Lee Brown.
When Keith Brookman phoned him up to see if he was free Lee said he was in Subway at the time and would they like him to get anything!
On to the interview, and naturally the D&R game came up. It was as if Browner's voice went a bit wobbly going back to it, and describing what happened.
I started to get goosebumps again, just hearing about the game, and remembering the day. We'll always have that day. I doubt we will ever have such a dramatic end to a season again. But I can always say I was there, I experienced it, and no one can take that away.

Twenty one matches without scoring in 44 league matches sets another unwanted club record. What with the other club record of 13 home defeats Garner, Tisdale and Barton have created history in the 100 years we have been in the Football League.
McCormick player of the match today and player of the season.

McCormick player of the match today and player of the season. In many of those, we haven't even looked like scoring either.

Very harsh on them overall.
