Bit early to be saying that no? But still, yes, if the manager is really out of his depth - which can happen - then you sack him. I'm not saying anything? I'm just asking, how long do you keep a manager on just for consistency sake. My bad, thought you were hinting at DC being out of his depth. Anyway, that's relative, really. Some teams stick with him for six months, a year, others - like Ferguson's case - for three years. That depends on how much blame the manager, the players and the board (in terms of budget, etc) have to share amongst themselves. |
