If I was DC I'd try and go back to a very defensive 3-5-2. This ain't working. We cannot be offensive without creative players. I agree. We kept a clean sheet last week with this formation so we should have kept the same formation on Tuesday. |

We cannot even think about sacking DC. We have to have some managerial consistency. We have to get behind him. I think he was promised a 'big budget' and after the utterly incompetent Board actually did the sums - and realised we didn't have a pot to P*ss in - was given next to nothing. Please - no more changes now. Agreed. I've seen many teams after crisis who chose to stick to the manager and actually got better. I believe in consistency on management - a very rare concept in football nowadays, actually. Which, mind you, doesn't mean that DC shouldn't have a f***ing look around to see what he's doing Agree with this. But there are some on here who think it is everyone fault but DC. Sorry not the case. Really don't want to get on his back but there has to be some realism here that something is going wrong somewhere and he is, at the moment, part of that problem. Doesn't make him a bad manager, just one who needs ( and I am sure can) improve. Along with the rest of the club on and off the pitch. |
