Massively disappointing.
Not so much the result but our inability to play anything other than hoofball and we didn't do that particularly well.
Loads of work to do yet DC.

FT 0-0 Not bad. Need more upfront, however seem fairly solid and well organised. Very good crowd. not sure if we need more up front, or that we need more service to the blokes up front. When it's raining and slippery there's nothing better than getting wingers to the put in hard low crosses. |

Glad thats over! Way too much long ball and nothing up front. Same as last year really, needs to be addressed ASAP or it will be a long hard season. The only positives I can take is that we were playing one of the better teams in the league and our defence, which is the only part of the team I have confidence in.

It was a very poor game with a lack of quality from both sides. Considering Grimsby had 5 potential first team players missing (including player of the year) they will obviously be the much happier side with the point away from home. We have to improve.

Well I have to disagree with some on here, there were lots of positives, like I said at half time we were a bit light weight up front but Taylor and Brunt never stopped trying, Sinclair is already a legend if that's possible, he had a great match, agree though DC needs to get some more guys up front, the delivery let us down, but there was a lot of spirit about the boys today, we didn't pull up trees, but it's a start, a clean sheet, and a 7,000 crowd which sets our stall out to the rest of the conference UTG
