I keep saying it but the opportunity to build a stadium was missed, it should have taken place in the 15 year period from 1998 to 2013. Bristol has gone mental now, it'll be excruciating buying land now. Bloody useless sods. You think Bristol is mental? I was in London yesterday, queued up behind a load of Extinction Rebellion protestors waiting to order in McDonald's. How does that work exactly?

I'm not convinced by much the Bristol Post say on the subject now, but here we have a story citing some takeover plan. 'Believe it when I see it' springs to mind. But I must say I'm sorry, for it's true. He got the wrong October, but it's new. It's all gone bananas. Now we have a consortium to rival the consortium that's doing bugger all, but consortium 2 want to build a stadium in north Bristol. This should take us nicely through to Oct 2020. Another day, a new consortium. This stuff is really Gasheads' opium.

So this is effectively a 3 cyllable word and therefore breaks the convention of iambic pentameter and I demand that the Mods get involved. WTF. Unbelievable Jeff.

I think you wait in line, order your food, it gets cooked and then you collect it. Have you not been to a fast food restaurant before Bamber?. Anyway I dont think cows, chickens, potatoes and ice cream are on the endangered list so its okay.

With that ability to totally misunderstand the point being made, why are you messing around on here, you should be off earning a fortune as either a barrister or politician.

Ha, i wasnt being serious! I've been in courts where people have stood there with straight faces and deliberately misunderstood things in exactly that way, and charged £500 plus VAT plus disbursements per hour for doing it Your talents are wasted on here.

In my defence, I can cite only that it's now the 23rd of October 2019, and this due news has yet to come to anything whatsoever. And the team's shyte again. Faithful and true.

Looking at the way that developments are moving along Avon Street, I think that we'll have a much clearer idea what's going on by this time next year. What I would say though is that we've seen how big companies act, just look at Sainsbury's, so just because some plans are drawn up and that may be part of a much bigger development, don't get too excited at this stage. It's a stupid location for a stadium / arena project and everybody knows it. Anyway, the Arena is sorted, YTL have their plans at an advanced stage to develop the old Brabazon hanger, and very impressive those plans are. The interesting thing about this for me is that I asked YTL and they say that nobody representing Rovers has ever made contact to even investigate the possibility of incorporating a stadium into their development.

Sorry but that makes no sense. So, the explanation is that £10 earned through interest justifies losing £20 running the show. Is it just me or would only a complete moron run a company in that way? But they won't have lost anything in running the show. Initial 7.2 million to repay the previous board and MSP Capital Further say 8.3 million to cover trading losses (running the show) excluding interest Interest say 2.0 million Total 17.5 million Mem sold for 17.5 million and loan of 17.5 million repaid one thing in Wael's favour is that, unlike say the Glazers at ManUre, they haven't taken cash out of the club, only used debt to develop it according to their priorities (maybe apart from the London gaff, which might be leased by a separate company) so they are, from a financial perspective, looking to make a turn on the sale rather than ownership. So to some extent like private equity in that regard (I'm not aware that they take any fees etc)

Stuff like... new pitch revenue generation (advertising and big screen) and protection (tickets required) promotion youth structure/dev squad/recruitment head upgraded shop and bars nice videos and awards maybe some increased management discipline/structure JCH more medics (at least there were, and I suspect that there are more than when they started) some other stuff which I've doubtless forgotten better sanitation and medicine and education and irrigation and public health and roads and a freshwater system and baths and public order

Revenue stream protection is important as well. Just see what happens to income if we get relegated. I'll wager you a shiny new penny that nobody has a plan in place at the start of each season, for the following year, if we drop a division.
